Stayed Jul 27, 2025The house is exactly as pictured. Our family enjoyed the stay. The kitchen is completely stocked for almost anything you'll need. All of the beds were very comfortable, and the kids loved the pool.We will definitely book again if we stay in Cape Coral (just not in July/August in the middle of a heatwave...lol)

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We loved our stay! The view of the pool and canal from the sliding glass doors was amazing. We rented a boat near by and were able to keep it at the dock right behind the house. The house was clean and in a great location to everything. It felt like home! Check in was a breeze and the host was quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 22, 2025Beautiful decor, well furnished in every way, perfect fenced in section of yard for dogs. Many Owls nesting by was fascinating. Dennis (property manager was very nice and responsive). Only negative for us was pillows! Bring soft ones if you like that. 2-weeks was perfect for a Michigan winter break. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Jan 14, 2025Perfect location! Sooo roomy! Us and our friends all had our own little areas! Only dowfall was that we couldnt get the wifi to work for tv. We had to connect our mobile ho R spots to watch anything. But other then that, we hope to be able to stay here again!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024We loved the house. The layout was fantastic. We have family that Snowbird in Cape Coral and family in Punta Gorda. The house was a perfect gathering place for Christmas. Dennis was great at check-in and very accommodating. We loved the special fenced in area for our dog which was a huge bonus. We enjoyed our walks around the area. The location was perfect!We will be back.Thank you!
