Stayed Nov 25, 2025The house was very nice.There were a couple of things that were a concern. The mattresses weren't very comfortable and the TV in one bedroom has an antenna that's difficult to adjust.While the house is generally clean,the bathroom rugs need to be laundered.The heater was also a problem because it was programmed to go back to 70 degrees after a few hours,so we frequently woke up cold during the night. The kitchen has been updated and is attractive. In general the house is comfortable. These issues may seem petty, but they affected our stay.In general, the whole experience of staying at the house was good but not great.

Stayed Nov 13, 2025We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were good sized. The host was quick to answer. We didn't use the pool because it's November. We will definitely try to stay there again!

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Our host Willy was so sweet and kept the pool filled up for our weekend stay and she brought us the sweetest watermelon to enjoy!! It was so nice in this area!! The house is set up perfectly and our girls trip was an amazing staying here. Will definitely book again when we come back to KC!!

Stayed Jun 15, 2025I booked this house to have a pool and while the pool did not disappoint, there were some inconveniences that, for the price I paid, forced my 4-star rating rather than a 5. Positives: The kitchen is well equipped. There is a fully stocked Keurig. There is also a regular coffee pot in the pantry (but bring your own coffee and sweetener/sugar). There were plenty of bath and pool towels. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and in a great location. The pool was nice and clean. Negatives: Right when we opened the front door, all three of us nearly choked on the stench of 2 super strong artificial air fresheners. We immediately unplugged them and opened windows. Thankfully, we brought an air purifier with us and that helped, but it took a day to get rid of that strong scent. All 3 beds were uncomfortable. The one in the master bedroom, (which is a Queen but really should be a King) was especially bad, with both hardness and sagging, so I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. Neither of the 2 showers had a hand-held wand. There are no hooks for hanging clothing in the bathrooms and not enough towel racks to hang wet towels. There were no table or floor lamps, only the harsh ceiling lights.To sum up: New Queen mattresses, a King bed in master bedroom, hand-held shower wands, hooks in bathrooms, some table and floor lamps in the living room, and an air purifier in place of artificial air fresheners would make this place a 5-star rating that I would highly recommend.

Stayed May 8, 2025Great house for a weekend getaway! Pool in the backyard is beautiful! It is close to stores and shopping,15 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from downtown. The house is situated with everything you need! Complimentary Keurig coffee, trash bags, and paper towels! The bathrooms are nice and have cotton balls, qtips, and cotton wipes. Towels and blankets as well! The house is very clean, which is super important! I work in hospitality so my bar is fairly high! The neighborhood is nice as well, we actually caught the ice cream yeuc on our last night there! We had a great time! Willie is also therefor anything and everything!

Stayed Nov 15, 2024My cousins and I converged in KC for a great girls getaway. The house was clean and lovely. The owner was incredibly helpful with a couple of questions I had. SUPER responsive. I also had a problem that, out of the goodness of his heart, he helped me solve. It entailed a visit to the house on his weekend, which I really appreciated. Fabulous hospitality and kindness. You will enjoy being here!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed for a long weekend. A short drive from downtown and plenty of space for our adult group of friends and a few dips in the pool. A lovely neighborhood, we felt safe and would stay here again!
