The Harry Potter home is amazing so beautiful clean wonderful it’s it’s perfect location not too far from Disney not too far from restaurants beautiful neighborhood. Everything safe gated community. This is the place to come if you want vacation the home itself is a vacation.

Host was great. House was good. Positives - clean house. Had all the necessary things needed in kitchen. Not so positive - pool bottom and water were dirty. Paid extra for heat but didn’t get in pool due to that. I would recommend this house for families with kids who like the theme rooms.

Very cool house. Several themed rooms are fun for families. Theater room is fun. Would be nice to have simple things like all other home vacation rentals. There was no Salt & Pepper in the entire kitchen. The toaster, Keurig and racing video game upstairs did not work. The alarm procedure to go in and out of the backdoor was a nuisance.

This was a beautiful home and close to all the activities we wanted to do. The movie room and themed rooms were gorgeous. Check in/check out were very easy. We would definitely stay again!

The house was as pictured. The rooms were so creatively done, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area was great for enjoying the warm Florida sun. Check in and check out could not have been easier. So much space for both the adults and the teens to spread out and enjoy. Close proximity to grocery, restaurants, the parks, and more. Highly recommend!

We loved the thought and decor put into this home. It was very fun visually and made for fun photos with our group. The beds were comfortable in the master suite. We also really enjoyed the comforts of the theater. Aside from that, it dropped the ball in other areas. A few things to note when renting this property:1. They will charge you a daily resort fee, but you don't actually get access to the amenities within the resort.2. There is a game room on the second level, but none of these games are operable aside from the air hockey table. 3. The water pressure is terrible. Only one person can shower and then the water goes ices cold half way through. 4. Bring your own supplies- while we were given 1 dish tablet and 1 roll of toilet paper, this is not nearly a start for a home of this size that sleeps as many people as it does. 5. The garbage was never taken out from the previous renters. Animals had gotten into it and it was scatterred everywhere. We let them know this and they said they would send someone but they never came to pick up the trash and we also cleabed up the mess from the last guests.6. The washer and dryer short out half way through a cycle. Plan on 4 hours to dry a load of laundry. 7. Bring your own propane for the grill, as this is not supplied. 8. There is also not adequate fridge space even for basic beverages for a large group, let alone food for a stay with several people.I think this could be a really great stay if the owner rectified ti

This house was absolutely amazing. Everything from the bedrooms to the pool to the movie theatre was perfect. The bedrooms were designed with such intricate detail - my kids LOVED the Harry Potter room! Typically, vacation rentals look great in pictures but they need serious maintenance and over-promise/under-deliver. That was not the case with this house at all. Cannot recommend this house enough!

Everything was great. Management was very responsive to an issue with Wi-Fi and arcade game in game room!

This house was amazing. The pool was beautiful. The kitchen was functional. Everything was perfect clean home very very clean great area access to everything not far from Disney not far from Disney Boardwalk. I highly recommend this home.

Great property for a group. Minor issues regarding previous recycling not picked up but property management responded appropriately. Would definitely stay again.
