Guests have private access to the Grand Estate, its private soaking pool, gardens, and the surrounding oasis trails and lakes.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, and the surrounding desert.



Other Things to Note:

The property includes lakes, ponds, and water features without barriers. Please supervise children carefully around water areas. A waiver and release of liability is required upon booking confirmation. Exterior security cameras are present at the front gate for your safety.

The Western Town is a shared space with other day goers. If you’d prefer a private town experience, it’s available for an additional fee.
