Great place so fun

The location was nice and the house was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however the following didn't meet our expectation. Check-in time is indicated as 3:30 on Vrbo, but the host changed the check-in time to 4:00. The lights in the elevator were burned out. When we brought it up with the host, he said use your phone flash light! The internet connection for TV and our laptops was choppy and poor at times. These were not major issues, but they were bothersome.

Nick was super accommodating and responsive. The house is great for a group — the layout and ample bedroom/bathroom/hang space is great. The dining room/bar combination was especially useful. We loved being walkable to coffee and a little market and restaurant.

This is an old, but beautiful home, in a lovely neighborhood, and just 5 miles from West Hollywood. The home is clean, has a large kitchen, a small/ medium-ish pool, and a hot tub. It's a large home that can easily accommodate 16 people. We ran into some issues with the hot tub and the wifi, but Nick was responsive to our concerns and offered various solutions. The home is conveniently located 30-45 mins from various neighborhoods and attractions, although the LA traffic remains abysmal. There is a very cute community shopping center with coffee shops and restaurants just 2 mins walking from the house which is great. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a large family vacation in LA.

Comfortable stay and close to everything within driving distance of 20 minutes. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great space for large group. Location was also wonderful. Communication was excellent. We received immediate responses to questions we had.Everything worked with exception of WiFi which was a broader issue not related to the home. And the Jacuzzi had a problem as well which required a new part that was not available until after our stay. The pool was great.The outdoor furniture was also old and could use refresh.Overall we were very pleased with the property and ir met our needs.

We were comfortable majority of the stay and maybe the only complaint was one dead bug near the garage foyer and perhaps just the garage control not working from the outside of the home. But truly enjoyed my stay to the fullest and would absolutely come back again

Our family members range in ages 18-83. We enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home! The house is a spacious, elegant, clean home. There were a few issues that the owner and property manager properly addressed. We appreciated their concern for our comfort and prompt efforts to meet our needs. We felt welcomed by the gift for us and the ease of communication with the owner and manager. The house is as described and pictured. The kitchen is very large with two extra large refrigerators, a 6 burner gas stove, large sinks and a new dual coffee maker to make a pot of coffee or individual cups. There are two tables that easily accommodate15 -16 people for meals. There is plenty of hot water for showers. This lovely home enhanced our family time together. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again if we have the opportunity!

This is a nice home for an extended family gathering. Plenty of space for individual time as well as pulling everybody together. It is also conveniently located very near a small and charming market area with a pharmacy, post office, grocery store and restaurants.

A beautiful house in a fantastic location within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. The house is perfect for large groups. Only criticism is that the outdoor furniture needs replacing and the first floor bedroom needs curtains or blinds on the patio door. Apart from that no complaints, only complements.

We had to buy some vinegar so the coffee maker would brew the fridge in the wet bar needs to be defrosted so it works was leaking the TV in the pool room didn't work the lights in the pool room and elevator didn’t work heads up the battery’s in the thermostat say low battery the place was amazing want to come again some time

Loved it would recommend some more pots and pans to cook since it’s such a big house - everything was perfect !
