Stayed Jun 12, 2025We enjoyed our stay, and the location was nice for beach access. Overall, the apartment is nice, with the kitchen and living room being well furnished and comfortable. The bathrooms and second bedroom need some attention and maintenance. It was fine for our quick weekend and the price was good for a place on the Island.

Stayed Sep 20, 2025The process of rental was easy. We have been coming to Kiawah for many years. The decor for the unit was good. Both baths could use som attention. The showerhead in secondary bath was substandard. There was broken tile in the master bath and there needs to be clean caulk around tub. When we arrived this bathtub had standing water. There were nails sticking up from the threshold going into master bedroom. Lastly, the entry door was difficult to open with the key provided.

Stayed May 30, 2025We were here for a tennis tournament, so loved the close proximity to the courts. The condo was lovely and well stocked. Communication with the owners was easy and responsive.
