The Space:

Welcome to The Avenue , a historic wonder in Manitou Springs, Colorado, built in 1886. This exclusive Victorian Mansion offers a unique luxury stay in Colorado, nestled between the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak ️. Experience local art, cuisine, and the unique mountain town charm, all just steps away!

Architectural Heart The mansion's architectural centerpiece is a majestic three-story staircase, surrounded by spacious parlors perfect for large gatherings, events, or retreats. The main parlor features a Manitou Green-Stone fireplace and a large bay window overlooking Manitou Springs.

Bathrooms The property features 8 bathrooms in the Main House and 1 bathroom in the Carriage House, each equipped with all standard toiletries, featuring a hairdryer, makeup removal wipes, and even emergency feminine products.

Outdoor Paradise The Avenue features expansive gardens, patios, and world-class views. The picturesque front lawn and tiered backyard with a luxurious 8-person XL hot tub and seating provide serene spaces for relaxation. Enjoy the spacious deck with seating for 14 and heat lamps for cooler evenings.

Mountain Views Take in breathtaking mountain views from various vantage points around the property, including the entryway, gardens, and shared courtyard area.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any culinary adventure, featuring modern appliances and ample space for meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large pantry for additional storage.

Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



Accessibility Considerations: While the multiple levels and stairs in both the main house and the Carriage House add to their charm, they may present challenges for guests with mobility issues.



Parking Convenience: Street parking can be a bit tricky, but the provided 10 parking passes make it easier for both the main house and the Carriage House.



Carriage House Note: The separate apartment on the top level is occasionally locked off for the owner's use during certain times of the year. While it won’t be available to guests, your stay will remain private and comfortable.
