The space
The Sky Villa at The Ampersand is a newly reimagined, custom-designed 2-bedroom home with cathedral ceilings, high-end finishes, and ocean views from every room.

The expansive, open space is appointed with luxurious modern furniture and finishes, punctuated by local and historical art and artifacts. Encase yourself in luxury and the comfort of central air conditioning while surrounded by the architectural and cultural traces of an international port town, yet minutes away from Magens Bay and other spectacular beaches.

The Ampersand consists of a single building divided into two 2bed/1bath villas - The Sky Villa and The Garden Villa. Both villas share a lockable entry gate, but are otherwise on separate levels and completely private. **Need more space Just reach out. Both can be rented together for larger groups, events, etc.**
