Tequila Sunrise Villa- Diani Beach

The whole setup and setting was perfect. Great access to the beach while the tree line also provided some shade and privacy. We loved the whole outdoor living and pool space. The home was sparkling clean, Wi-Fi was reliable, the food prepared by Nixon was great, and Barry was quick to respond to questions and provided a lot of helpful information. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Tequila Sunrise exceeded all our expectations. The villa was absolutely stunning, the location on the beach was probably the best on the entire strip. Pure white sand, bright blue ocean, close to everything as well. The home itself was in such magnificent shape and had an fabulous floorplan with views from every room. The pool was warm and great for the kids. The beach is one of the best in the world in my option and I’ve travelled a lot, the pictures are amazing but the actual place is even better. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, helpful and always available. The chef made anything you wanted and it was always so delicious. The owners were quick to communicate and respond to any questions and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this place hands down. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you

House was amazing, loved the proximity to beach, pool was fabulous, very comfortable for a family of six. The staff were amazing, especially Nixon and his cooking! Can’t wait to come back again soon!!

We stayed for one week at the beginning of July. The house was amazing, the staff was wonderful, we had an overall great stay and hope to be back again.

Every single thing about renting Tequila Sunrise was perfect!! Barry was fast and reliable when it came to communication and making the arrangements. He made it easy to feel confident that we'd be well taken care of from start to finish with an airport pick-up (it is only 15-20 minutes from the house), groceries bought and an incredible chef ready and waiting to be sure we were super well fed every day. The house itself is beyond beautiful. It is as pictured, right on a long, lovely, quiet beach but still walking distance to some restaurants and bars if you are interested. (We loved where we were, so we didn't partake of those options.) Each of the rooms was gorgeous and airy, with comfortable beds and large, modern bathrooms. The balcony for the master bedroom was a favorite spot to read while getting periodic visits from monkeys. Storage space was really good for those wanting to unpack. We especially enjoyed the dining/living room/terrace space. While we didn't really use the game room or library, they were really nice too and would be good if the weather wasn't perfect. The staff was wonderful--present but not intrusive. They've been with Barry for a long time, and it is clear that they are happy and good at what they do. We enjoyed our talks with them and appreciated all of their efforts cooking, cleaning and otherwise looking out for us. There were two Maasai guards who split watching the property day and night--mostly making sure that the beach vendors didn't wander up to the house. (Speaking of the beach vendors--there aren't that many, but they are persistent until you understand to just gesture that you are not interested at which point they stop approaching and trying to engage.) Musa, the chef, gets a special shout-out for his fabulous fish and prawn dishes and constant provision of tasty, healthy vegetable and fruit accompaniments. We were there three nights. The only thing we would change is to stay longer!! Everyone loved Tequila Sunrise and those who trusted me to make the plans for this trip were totally impressed. We really do hope to come back for a longer visit and thoroughly recommend this house/place/Barry/staff to anyone looking for a special experience!! (The only small caveat is that it has stone/tile floors that can be slippery when wet, so it is better for adults and older children as opposed to young ones who run around like little kids do.) Please do visit! You'll be glad you did!!

Wow! What an incredible beach house overlooking one of the nicest white sand beaches in the world. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay - great location, lovely bedrooms, fabulous lounge area and infinity pool, nice rec room and even had a separate tv room and office space overlooking the ocean. An easy stroll to some great beach restaurants like Sails and Nomads and easy access to shopping only a short tuk tuk ride away. Will definitely want to return!
