Stayed Jul 28, 2025Loved the space. Our two older kids hung out/slept in the basement suite, giving the adults more room to enjoy the peace and quiet. The hosts were very accommodating and had lots of activities outdoors for the kids. The location was great, close to the grocery store, a short drive to the beaches, but very secluded and quiet.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was in an excellent location. It was less than a 10 minute drive to both Old Orchard Beach and Ferry Beach. It was also very close to downtown Saco and the amusement park. The property was very clean and accommodated our group of 6 (2 adults and 4 children).

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property is located in a quiet neighborhood which is close to groceries, food and amenities. For us, it was perfect. Two upstairs bedrooms, and one in the lower floor of the three floor townhouse. There was sitting room both out front on the porch and out back in the small yard. The biggest thing for us was the location. It is close to I-95 and Route 1 so it is easy to take a drive to many of the beautiful beaches of the Southern Coast of Maine. It is clean and set up with the necessary amenities in the kitchen for us to prepare some dishes for a family reunion. Jeff was very accommodating and helpful, offering us information about the area. We will definitely plan to come back!

Stayed Jul 19, 2017Clean condo with plenty of space for our family of 4! Dead end street and very quiet. Had all the necessities we needed. 10 minutes from the beach. Definitely recommend!
