Tavira Casa Jenny - private villa with pool

We had 2 fantastic weeks at Casa Jenny, was such a lovely house, walking distance to Tavira and local Shopping Centre and supermarket, train station easy to walk to and can get you out and about very easily. Good Price from the lovely Norberto's taxis (number left in house to use) from House to water park and back which was also a lovely Day out, pool man was a character and very helpful. Smartavillas fully helpful with anything we needed also. Cannot recommend highly enough, lovely to cook outside by the pool of an evening and enjoy the warm weather. Host Jennifer was also very responsive and helpful. Thank you All for making out summer holiday such a wonderful time making such lovely memories. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

This property was outstanding in every way. Clean, spacious and an amazing outdoor space.

The house was spacious and so well equipped. The beds were confortable and I loved the metal shutters that allowed fresh air at night. The pool was a little cold but we used it and enjoyed it. Loved our stay!

Very attractive and well equipped property in an obviously desirable area but our stay was dominated by the constant traffic noise from the main road 2 houses away. The description of the property described it as ‘peaceful’. Coming from a rural area, it was not peaceful for us. Otherwise a 4* property.

We had a wonderful stay at Case Jenny. There were 5 adults and 2 children. The weather was very warm so the pool was great. It was easy walk to Tavira center. There were many restaurants and shops. One afternoon we took the ferry to Spain which is very close. The villa was spacious. The kitchen was supplied very nicely. Hope to be back sometime.

Six girlfriends stayed for one week at the villa which was situated about a 10 minute walk from Tavern town. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area which meant you needed to be quiet in the evenings. We did not hire a car as the town was close but were disappointed to have to navigate a particularly busy road to get to the town which did not have any pedestrian crossing. The villa itself was comfortable and well equipped.

We stayed with our daughter and family and the house worked very well for us all. It was a quiet position it close enough to walk into Tavira and for shopping. We didn’t need a car and used the train for Fuseta beach. The house was very well equipped, agents were very helpful - there were even beach towels! Felt like you could use it as your home.

Casa Jenny was our (6 adults) 2nd VRBO for our recent trip. The first one was AMAZING so we were worried that our stay in Tavira would fall short in comparison. It did not!! We were all wonderfully pleased with Casa Jenny; it was perfect for our needs while in the Algarve. Great communication in advance of our trip, both with the host and their local agent (be sure to provide requested passport info -- required by law!). We arrived earlier than planned, but the local Property Manager come over straight-away and we were inside within 15 minutes. The property was perfect for our group, with everything as described. We were worried about finding street parking, but most nights, we were able to find 2 spots right in front of the unit. (Other nights, we parked 1 car only 50m away.) We spent lots of time enjoying the pool area. In fact, one complaint from my family is that we didn't spend ENOUGH time there. Casa Jenny is a great base to check out Tavira itself and beyond. We ventured 2 hours east to Seville and 1 hour west to Portimão. We would not hesitate to book/stay here again!
