Stayed Jun 11, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Surya illa 2 very much. Very short walk to 4 Mike Beach, 10 min drive to Poet Douglas. Comfortable, Bali feel, private and clean. Will be back.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023We stayed at Surya Villa 2 with our 4 children ages 12-18. It was the perfect family getaway and felt like home. The late check-in (after midnight) was easy with excellent instructions provided. Beds were comfortable, villa was clean, kitchen well appointed and sofa big enough to fit us all! Located in a quiet residential area among other beautiful homes with Port Douglas stunning beach only metres away, a perfect spot to watch the sunrise and soak up the sun alongside the palm trees. A 3.5km walk along the beach took us to the patrolled swimming beach and Macrossan St for shopping, eats and drinks, We stayed for a week and picked up a hire car on arrival at Cairns airport, this was definitely worthwhile for self transfer to and from Port Douglas, and for getting around town and to access the natural wonders and nearby towns. Port Douglas is truly paradise and staying at Surya villa created memories that our family will treasure for ever, thank you, we would love to return some day soon!
