Superb Villa Air condition. 8 Pers. Marina Di Fiori

The owner greeted us with a Corsican basket full of goods and great advice for everything we needed to know and more. What a nice welcome! The house is perfect in all aspects. Perfect location close to everything. Perfect size and soooo comfortable. We were 2 families of 4. We had lots of space so that we did not feel overstepping each other. We even had enough space to workout in the living room. The view was so inspiring. I did my daily meditation with that view. So restful! We highly recommend this house. We intend on coming back!

We just returned home from a wonderful 2 week stay at this lovely house which we can recommend without any hesitation to any group of up to 8 people. The house is spacious with 4 comfortable bedrooms each having its private bathroom and a large living room and a very well equipped kitchen. All furniture is tasteful and the house is very well maintained and in perfect condition. However, the absolute highlight is the very large terrace with the most stunning views over the bay of Porto Vecchio. We enjoyed it so much that we preferred to stay in most of the evenings and had nice family dinners there rather than going out to a restaurant. As the villa also provides for a spacious garage, we had no problem to store our mountain bikes and windsurfing equipment very safely when not in use. The location of the villa is also perfect, very close to Porto Vecchio with all necessary shopping facilities but also close to the most beautiful beaches of Southern Corsica and stunning mountains and mountain villages. Lot’s to discover! Last but not least, M. Larcheveque, the owner, is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. He clearly went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. We definitely hope to return very soon!

Nous étions un groupe de 8 (4 adultes et 4 ados de 16 à 18 ans) et nous avons passé des vacances très agréables dans cette superbe villa de 2 étages. La villa est spacieuse et aérée avec une terrasse couverte dotée d'une vue incroyable sur la baie de Porto-vecchio. Il était très plaisant d'y prendre le petit déj , l'apéro et le souper. Un BBQ à gaz tout neuf et un autre au charbon de bois est disponible. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain privée, ce qui était un gros avantage. La villa est dans un genre de quartier privé tranquille de plusieurs villas ou il y a une piscine privée commune avec petit resto, Tennis, plage privée et marina. Elle est située à environ 4 km du centre de PortoVecchio, ce qui était parfait (5 min en voiture ou 45min à la marche). Finalement, nous devons souligner la gentillesse et l'attention du proprio M.L' archevêque qui vous reçoit avec une belle bouteille de champagne et panier de patés,confitures etc du terroir. Il habite la villa juste en haut et il est toujours près à vous aider (nous avons manqué de gaz pour le BBQ, il s'en est occupé immédiatement) et il communiquait avec moi par messagerie durant notre séjour pour savoir si tout allait bien, si nous avions besoin de quoique que soit. Bref, nous recommandons chaudement la location de cette villa si vous allez dans la région PV avec un groupe de 8.

Our group of 8 persons spent 2 fantastic weeks in this wonderfully located house which has a stunning view of the bay of Porto-Vecchio, the center of Porto-Vecchio and the spectacular mountains west of Porto-Vecchio. The street is very quiet without any through-traffic. However, Porto Vecchio can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Beaches are also close. The house is extremely large, very well equipped and easily accommodated our group of 8. The terrace was also so spacious with a stunning view and there was always a constant light breeze so that we only visited a restaurant once in 2 weeks because we so much enjoyed the terrace. We can therefore highly recommend the house to anyone who enjoys a great view, lots of space, quietness but who also wants to live not too far away from a small town. Last but not least, the owner is very friendly, helpful and full of hospitality. We certainly do hope to come back to this great place! ****************************************************************************** Unsere 8-köpfige Gruppe (2 Familien) hat im August 2015 zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem fantastisch gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht, von dem man auf die Bucht von Porto-Vecchio, die Altstadt von Porto Vecchio sowie die traumhaft schönen Berge westlich von Porto-Vecchio blickt. Die Straße in der das Haus liegt ist eine Sackgasse ohne Durchzugsverkehr und entsprechend ruhig. Dennoch erreicht man Porto-Vecchio in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Strände liegen auch recht nah. Das Haus ist extrem geräumig – auch für 8 Personen. Selbst unsere umfangreiche Sportausrüstung (6 Windsurfbretter, 8 Segel), 2 Mountainbikes und andere Dinge wie Wasserschi konnten wir problemlos in der großen Garage verstauen. Auch der Rest des Hauses bietet viel Stauraum und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr gross und der Ausblick war dermaßen schön, das wir entgegen unserer Gewohnheit in 2 Wochen nur ein einziges Mal in einem Restaurant essen war. Darüber hinaus ging auf der Terrasse immer eine leichte Briese, sodass die hohen Tempe Temperaturen Korsikas im August keine Problem waren. Wir können das Haus jedermann empfehlen, der eine fantastische Aussicht, geräumiges Wohnen, und Ruhe schätzt, und dennoch nicht zu weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc entfernt wohnen möchte. Wir werden jedenfalls hoffentlich bald wiederkommen!

We stayed in AP's villa for 10 days in the end, extending our stay beyond the initial 7 days. This says it all I think, we loved it! It's large, clean with a great terrace off the lounge/kitchen with picture postcard views across the bay of Porto Vecchio. The welcome basket of local produce is a lovely surprise. You have access to the sports club with tennis courts and a large pool, which is a very short drive or short walk away. It is a bit out of the main PV area, but that suited us fine. It is very close to many beaches and AP had lots of excellent suggestions. We hope to return!
