Superb cottage in the countryside of Fuerteventura

villa was lovely, very private, quiet and relaxing, great mountain view at the back of house, had great glass roomed areas at the back which you can admire the view from the indoor jacuzzi/doa or just relaxing in a chair, great in bad weather to have that area to chill in, the only thing I would say is there is a lot of local dogs in the surrounding properties, so there is a lot of constant barking all day through to the evening, it wasn't to bad at first but when its constant all day and all night every day it does get a bit frustrating and annoying, also there is a black and white cat which is constantly at the house constantly meowing it's really loud and sounds like a baby crying, there is food and a cat house in the outside laundry area, not sure if it is a resident of the house or wether it's a stray, but don't feel like it's up to the people who rent the house to feed it and look after it, obviously this is what has been happening that's why it's constantly there, with the dogs barking and the cat meowing was annoying, there could be a few more items in the kitchen to use for eg measuring jugs, pizza cutter and a few more things, very close to airport, lidl and aldi just 20 min car drive, so great location, I would stay there again lovely spacious, comfortable villa

Really good, not overlooked, private, comfortable, well worth the extra for the pool heating, even warm enough for me!Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, just hope I can still get a booking when I want to come back!!!

As the title says beautiful location. Wonderful property, relatively (I’ll get to that) peaceful and quiet. Incredible views of the mountains amplified by the glass panelled area at the rear of the property. You really can unwind here.I say relatively because every now and then the resident dogs will bark.The Cockrill which has been mentioned in previous reviews is barely audible and never woke us. I’d class the property as near perfect if it were not for the barking dogs. It wasn’t all the time so didn’t have a huge bearing.The property is a pleasure to stay in and has almost everything you can ask for. We bought toilet roll but didn’t end up using it as there is a bidet on site and got used to using that instead. the kitchen was perfectly adequate for cooking and had almost everything you could need.The only gripe was that the floors had not been cleaned (dust & cat hair) and we had to end up sweeping and mopping it ourselves, which isn’t acceptable.All that aside it’s a lovely place to stay and Ruben is a great host. We’ll stay again for sure in the future.

House was great and had everything we needed, but there are a few things that maybe an issue for some. 1. No British television which maybe an issue for some 2. Wifi is okay but not particularly fast, struggles to stream netflix smoothly 3. House in general needs a bit of tlc But the real positive was a sweet little ginger cat that would visit us everyday, she was no bother and would just chill by us 😍

The house was clean, the equipment ok, the location very good. Not far from Puerte Rosario, or Corralejo, but also in a quiet valley with great mountain views. All what you hear are dogs, birds, frogs, and sometimes donkeys. Ruben did a great job, communication and check in perfect! The pool heating was a bit expensive - but worth it in December. We would come back !
