Super 4 Bedroom Villa With Fantastic Views Near Beach and Village

We had an excellent stay! The house has everything you need. It was very clean. Bedrooms are big so every family had his privacy. The 4th bedroom is somewhat smaller but good for kids. The house is near the beach so with kids you can walk to it. The town is a fishermentown. Really cute. We had breakfast in a local bar every day. We only had a problem with the boiler. But the owner reacted really quick and sent someone to adjust the new installation. Thank you Haakon and Kristin.

Excellent location. Suitable for large group. Walking distance to beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops. Good base to go visit other areas of the Algarve.

Our family of six visited in mid-April of 2023. We were happy with the location in relation to walkable beaches. The rooftop view was outstanding. The kitchen was very nice. The backyard and pool area were lovely. Unfortunately, the pool was solar heated, so it was too cold for our grandchildren to play in even though they had wetsuits. The listing did not reflect that the pool was unheated, so we found this out just prior to arrival through communication with the owner. This home could be outstanding but there were problems related to deferred maintenance that kept it from being a five-star rental. The underneath side and legs of the highchair were covered with mold. We were very unhappy with the master bathroom. The removeable shower head was broken. The lower shower tiles had mold and missing grout. Vanity faucets were in disrepair. In the other main bathroom, we had a major plumbing problem. When the toilet was flushed, water flowed out at the seam between the floor and toilet base. We would not rent this place again.

I stayed with my 3 children at Haakon’s beautiful villa. It was absolutely spotless, well equipped and even more spacious than the photos. The kids loved the pool (even though it was a bit chilly when we were there). The link action was great as there are lots of beautiful beaches just a short distance away. Ferragudo is a lovely village. Highly recommend!!

Great villa with a very big pool. Sun on the terrace from morning till evening. Comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchen. Short walk to the beach and Ferragudo.

This is definitely the place we would like to come back to every year. Immaculate service, wonderful surrounding, close to our favorite places.

Everything was perfect. Only in September it's a bit windy to swim in the pool. But communication eith Haakon was nice, staying overall awesome.

We were very satisfied with the house as well as with our hosts. We knew it from a former stay and can say that it has been even improved. Immaculate, clean rooms and the most beautiful view from the roof terrace. Simply loved it. Thanks for your kindness and the chance to extend our summer. Nothing to complain about. Hope to visit it again.

We spent a lovely week in Casa Nova with three generations of our family. The rooms are even larger than they look in the photos and the panoramic views from the roof terrace are superb. The pool is a great place to swim and relax and there are beaches very nearby as well as a couple of great restaurants.
