This perfectly located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome will provide comfort and relaxation for all vacationers. 3092 Seascape was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to include all new furniture, appliances, wood flooring and more. This beautifully updated property will meet all your vacation rental needs!

The elevated entrance takes you to the open living area. The living room features a wall mounted flat screen TV, all new living room furniture and access to the private balconywith a gas grill and bistro set.

The dining area seats 6 and has views of the living room and kitchen. The well-equipment kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal for your group. The floorplan has been opened to include a island bar area with seating for 2, as well as all new appliances, counters and cabinets.

The second level houses both bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV, as well as a private attached bathroom. The guest bedroom has queen bed and full size bunk beds, as well as access to the hall bathroom.

The owners of the property have included beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guest use.

Seascape allows TWO vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Please specify number of car passes that are needed.

Guests of Seascape have access to two community pools, as well as private restrooms at the beach. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's downtown offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from Seascape. Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach Park, The Beach Market and the Coligny Theatre are within biking distance. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

    Townhome was very clean and very updated. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the owners provide beach chairs, cart and umbrella. Both bathrooms are upstairs, which is a little odd, but so many units on HHI are older, so not much they could do there. Door was a little tricky to open after you entered the code, but certainly not going to let that affect the review. Good water pressure in the showers, which is always worth noting!
