Stayed Jul 22, 2025Overall I liked the location and layout. Two cabinet drawers in the kitchen were somewhat jammed, and the one bedroom smelled like a used litter box to me for some reason every time I walked into it, but I was able to get over it after a few minutes. Otherwise we all loved it

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Location is great, very short walk to Coligny and beachfront! Gated parking lot was a plus. Check-in was easy, we arrived LATE, property management left keys in drop box for us. Unit is spacious, bright, nice view of lawn, pool, and ocean in the distance. Only issues were NO BEACH towels, which is NOT advertised on listing. Also the W/D leaked when we ran it.

Stayed Aug 11, 2023This is a nice property in a great location near Colignay Circle. The only issue we had was the property was not ready for us to check-in at 4:00. We had to call the management company and they were able to get it cleaned in about 30 mins.
