This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in the Shipmaster area of Shipyard. With new furnishings and spectacular views of the island's natural surroundings, this beautiful villa is the perfect vacation spot on Hilton Head Island!

This immaculate and well-appointed Shipyard villa offers all the comforts of home, including a work station and high speed internet. The renovated kitchen opens to a roomy dining area. The adjoining living room is comfortably furnished and affords slider door access to a private outside patio with table and chairs, along with a grill. Also on the main floor are a laundry room and convenient half bath.

Shipmaster 1602 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms on the second floor, each with a flat screen TV, private deck and newly renovated private baths! The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed, as well as bunkbeds. Two twin rollaway beds are also available for guest use.

This property allows 1 well-behaved dog, under 75lbs each, for an additional fee of $225 plus tax.

Shipmaster Hilton Head Island rentals are only a leisurely 15-minute walk or bike ride on the scenic bike paths to the beach. This community has an on-site pool and free tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

    The place was very accommodating in all aspects of and for our week long trip. Location was great as it was very near the pool area and not a bad local from the beach access. The grill was very handy and in good working order. I will definitely recommend this place and Shipyard specifically Shipmate condo/town home to any and everyone!!! The home had all you’ll need for your stay pots pans etc. the reservation office locally was great to deal with very friendly and professional 10 outta 10!!!

    House was good, fully stocked kitchen with pots pans etc. Very comfy beds, did not like 2 cot beds sitting in living room, took up too much space and not great to look at, the one under stairs was fine. Soft furniture was in need of good clean. But furnishings were great, if you move anything you will be attacked by great balls of dust/dirt. Although superficially clean a good thorough house clean is in order. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

    Great for our family 7 (with owners' rollaways) and dog. Newly renovated and clean. Love that there is not wall to wall carpet. (Easy cleanup between guests - especially those four-legged friends who may have come before us). Some spots on upholstery but we brought sheets to cover sofas and beds. Management (Sunset) was very responsive with a few little issues. Warnings! 1. There is an occasional alligator that will travel from lagoon to lagoon. It's HHI! Keep young children in sight and anilmals on a lease. We did not see any near us, but last year did. 2. Bring fans! Upstairs bedrooms (especially master) is hot. We had three (one came with unit) plus ceiling fan in master and was comfortable. (And small fan for bathroom.) Had to keep downstairs temp cooler than normal to help upstairs. (Waste of electricity and a bit cooler than necessary.) We would absolutely stay there again!

    Overall very happy with this rental. Very spacious, updated, and convenient. Unit had a brand new grill and patio set. Would definitely return. Only complaint is downstairs sliding patio door needs maintenance/repair. Very hard to open and close.
