Comfort meets luxury when you vacation at 2405 Seacrest. This stunning 4th floor ocean view condo is located with the gated Seacrest community, featuring oceanfront pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, indoor pool and sundeck.

2405 Seacrest features an open-concept floor plan with tile and LVP flooring throughout. The living area is comfortably furnished with a leather electric reclining sofa, two swivel chairs- perfect for admiring the ocean view and a Smart TV. The plush murphy bed islocated just off the living room area, as is the powder room and dining area that seats 4. Additional seating for 2 can be found at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker and all you'll need to cook meals during your stay.

The bedroom features a California king bed, Smart TV and a large walk-in closet. The private bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

The owner of the condo has provided a beach cart with chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for guest use!

Sea Crest, Hilton Head has beautifully sculptured landscaping, two outdoor pools, indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a Jacuzzi, a gazebo and private beach access.

*The SeaCrest shared pool is currently closed for maintenance with no estimated reopening date; however, guests may use the owner’s pool during this time.

Sea Crest Hilton Head is located in the Forest Beach resort area of HHI. Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities on Hilton Head Island. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Sea Crest allows a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit.

Anticipated Impact:
Scaffolding will obstruct views for Buildings 1 & 2 throughout the project duration.

Although building 3 will not undergo any work, it will still experience impacts from parking and construction noise.

    Lovely place to stay! Centrally located to many amenities. Very clean and welcoming!! Owners were very responsiveBetween us messaging and calling directly as well. Plenty of parking spaces and luggage rolling racks which were very helpful. My only tip: be sure you have your actual email instructions, not just the text that is sent with Check in codes and times etc.The email has the location of the place to get your parking pass /resort bracelets as well as parking garage code etc And other information We will definitely utilize them to stay again ! You can’t go wrong with this choice :)

    For starters, I searched for days before deciding to book this place and was hesitant without many reviews. So glad we did! The location is A, it’s directly across from Coliginy Plaza “downtown Hilton head”, and a short bike ride to anywhere. Even better- the rental included a bicycle rental credit where the bikes were dropped off before our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept great. The view from the balcony and living room is great. We enjoyed using the provided beach cart. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for everything.Seacrest was absolutely wonderful for a family. We loved the pools, pool bar Jim’s and the super close beach access. Parking was very easy. I only have a few cons and they are all super minor but I’ll mention anyway- not the hosts fault but the elevators are super slow and malfunctioned a couple times. We had trouble with the television remote in the living room getting it to work with the cable. The condo could use a dust pan. Again, nit picking and we would certainly love to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    The Condo was great. It was clean and comfortable, the appliances were in like new, the bedding and furniture were all well maintained, the HVAC worked well. Beach access is easy, there are hoses and showers to wash off when returning. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street and an easy walk. Once in the apartment you would not need to use the car. The pools are large and well maintained. We came in early April and found one pool was nice and warm the other was not heated and was a bit cold. This will not be a trouble in the summer. The indoor hot tub is nice but very small. The only troubles we had were:1. We could use better explanation on parking, a map of the property and elevator location. It was a challenge to try and get a parking pass and find the apartment. We never could get a hold of anyone. 2. The building was being painted so sitting on the porch was a constant symphony of beeping and construction sounds. 3. After a rainstorm the elevators were out for a few hours.
