The condo was exactly as pictured, with plenty of towels and just about everything a kitchen could need. We had a great time, and Derek at the property management company was SO helpful at check in. Loved our stay!

The property was just as advertised. The complex was right on the beach, although this unit faced the parking lot. The accommodations were perfect. The unit came with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards! This unit is close to Coligny Plaza which has great food options, ice cream and a variety of live music nightly. The pool area was perfect. Plenty of chairs for this time of year ( March), heated pool and an extended patio with fire pits to enjoy at night while listening to the live music at the restaurant next door. Prior to arrival we tried to reach out to the property managers to see if we could extend our stay, coming in a day early, but did not hear back from them on the weekend ( that is the only reason for the 4 star ratings) When we arrived, the code did not work but the property management answered right away and had the issue resolved in minutes during the week. Sea Pines was just a few miles down the road which made for a great day of riding bikes on the beach, through the forest preserve and to check out the light house. ( You will need to pay for a pass to get into Sea Pines for the day)

Good location. Not as clean as we prefer. Could use either new carpet or different flooring. Porch was dirty. Super responsive staff. Had a question coming into town at night and was able to text and get a prompt response.

This was a great location, walking distance to coligny plaza, has a nice pool, easy access to the pool and grills were available to use when not wanting to go out to eat. The place was clean, had a lot of beach supplies provided which was a nice bonus.

A great family location with lots of fun families with similar goals. The condo had Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and toys. We were also offered bike rentals through VayK which were awesome. I wish we'd known we didn't need to pack so many beach chairs! The kitchen was rather bare bones - it's been awhile since we've been to a vrbo or airbnb without even salt and pepper in the cabinets or a roll of tin foil. There was soap for one load of wash and two loads of dishes. But we mainly used the drier anyway and were grateful for the peaceful rooms - the kids room beds and the master mattress were all comfortable. Hope you all have a great stay. We would come back again.

Great location, easy check in and clean unit

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed for our family. It was the perfect location! We could walk right out to the beach or walk or ride bikes to Coligny Plaza/Park—which has multiple restaurants, cafés, and shops. It was our first time to Hilton Head and we will definitely be back!

Everything but bathroom problem was fine
