Welcome to Ocean Breeze 9, a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome nestled in the quiet community of Ocean Breeze. It is quite the perfect gem of a unit featuring hardwood floors, modern furnishing, and spacious interiors. This property is centrally located near the community pool, playground, and tennis courts. It is also a short 5-10 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean and Hilton Head’s renowned downtown area, “Coligny Plaza.”

A few steps in the door hardwood floors lead to thedining area with seating for six. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar where two plush chairs sit. The functional kitchen allows for the creation of easy breakfast meals, quick lunches, and fulfilling dinners.

Just off the kitchen is the living room with a plush four- piece seating group, a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors to the deck. Step out on the deck to sip on your afternoon cocktail or simply to sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds Hilton Head has to offer.

The first of three bedrooms is located on the first floor, furnished with a queen-size bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and a library of books for the reading enthusiast. As you climb the stairs, there is a majestic master bedroom with a king-size bed, a snug chair, a mounted flat screen, and a private bath. Step down the hall, and you will find the laundry room, as well as, the 3rd and final bedroom with another queen-size bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and its own bathroom.

Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 6 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

The Ocean Breeze complex has a swimming pool that is open from April through October, free on-site tennis, and is only a short walk to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. 2 car passes are allowed per villa.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
