Location was wonderful, downstairs was roomy and comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious and nice. Bathrooms upstairs in need of updates and deep cleaning.

Nice place but is in dire need of upgrades, fresh paint and rust removal of plumbing. Sliding glass doors do not work well and stick to the point of only opening halfway, at best.The house was dirty when we arrived as it had not been swept or vacuumed. Found dead bugs and other debris on the floor throughout the house.

Locked myself out within minutes of arrival. Property management (Sunset Rentals) was quick to the rescue and even brought water and snack.I’ve previously stayed at the same condo a couple of years ago and love the area the unit itself was a little out dated but enjoyed our time. This visit the property was not as clean especially outside couldn’t sit outside at all!!! Bathrooms had very poor lighting, vanity doors practically hanging. Carpet in all of upstairs and furniture very dated.will seek a different unit next time.

Great location! This place is in need of repairs. Lots of Mold on ceilings in hall upstairs, peeling paint/mold in bathroom. Coffee pot missing filter basket. Needs repairs!

Truly enjoyed our stay! This place is as advertised. Just as others have posted. It is a very family, pet friendly community. Walking distance to the beach and lots of bike riding areas. Property located on the fairway the 7th hole of the golf course which makes sitting out back envelope more fun. Already recommended this place to others!

It was a great family and dog friendly place. We loved that it was on the end of the building, close to the pool and golf course. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This rental was exactly as described in the listing. The realty company checked in on us throughout the stay. We loved being so close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. We chose this place mostly because it allowed us to bring our dogs, but we’re really happy overall. If you’re arriving at night, be sure to have a flashlight handy as it is really dark near the property. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This was a great property for having pets. The condo was spacious enough for the two of us and two dogs. Is about .6 miles from the beach which was good. Was a quiet unit on the end and close to the pool. Great walking paths for taking the pups for a walk.

The townhouse is fully equipped for a week at the beach.

The unit showers need to be upgraded as the water pressure is terrible. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is good and our dog enjoyed the beach every day.
