4 Fazio is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes plantation. This villa has many upgrades to make you feel right at home.

As you enter the front door to the right you will find a full bathroom with a hallway that goes to the Queen Bedroom. Just down the foyer hall a little more you will find the completely renovated kitchen. With granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and lots of beautiful cabinets. While taking care of the family's dinner orbreakfast you can look out the opening to the dining room that has a large sliding glass door to the deck that overlooks the golf course. The dining room has seating for 8. Follow the beautiful hard wood flooring to the family room. The family room has a luxurious feel with leather sofa and recliner, large flat screen TV and a view of the golf course.

Head up the stairs and you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, TV and private master bathroom. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV, and private bathroom.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Passes are charged per car per week.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

Fazio Villas have an on-site pool and are only a short walk to the beach or the tennis courts. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

    Location was great and the condo size was perfect for four adults and one child. Upon arrival though, the condo was not cleaned properly. Counters were dirty in some areas, the rug was not vacuumed properly and there was a basket of dirty towels in one room. The rugs need to be replaced. Such a nice place not to be taken care of properly.

    The bee property location was fantastic. And was in the same plan as the original. So we need the area.

    Client experience matters, Two days into our weeklong rental a tree branch collapsed onto the roof of our condominium rendering at uninhabitable The Management company came out and provided options For relocation that were several miles away from our original location Location was important to us because other family members were in the same location. It was the only reason we had rented this condo The management company had a upgraded Property available locally but would not provide that to us , Unless we paid for it, even though it was empty for the week. We requested a full refund and went elsewhere for the rest of the week Client experience matters
