Stayed Jun 21, 2023Location was great and the condo size was perfect for four adults and one child. Upon arrival though, the condo was not cleaned properly. Counters were dirty in some areas, the rug was not vacuumed properly and there was a basket of dirty towels in one room. The rugs need to be replaced. Such a nice place not to be taken care of properly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Client experience matters, Two days into our weeklong rental a tree branch collapsed onto the roof of our condominium rendering at uninhabitable The Management company came out and provided options For relocation that were several miles away from our original location Location was important to us because other family members were in the same location. It was the only reason we had rented this condo The management company had a upgraded Property available locally but would not provide that to us , Unless we paid for it, even though it was empty for the week. We requested a full refund and went elsewhere for the rest of the week Client experience matters
