Overall this property is just what we were looking for. 3 beds, bathroom in each bedroom and 1/2 bath by living room. Great water pressure and clean. Make sure you have everything when checkout time comes because looks electronically delete entrance code at checkout time. Excellent stay.

We spent 5 nights here with my family of 5 (3 teens). Location was great. A VERY short bike ride to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny Shopping area. The backyard area was awesome. Very quiet right on the lagoon. Lots of wildlife viewing. The property was very spacious for our whole family. Nice to have access to Sonesta as we had our afternoon smoothies there after coming back from the beach. Shipyard Plantation is centrally located to everything. Only complaint would be the pool should be heated. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

This property was excellent! The entire unit was fresh and clean...well-stocked kitchen. The floor plan was ideal for parents, grandparents, and teens.

This property was a very comfortable, well-appointed house for our family of five ( Mom, Dad, 3 children - 21, 19, 16 ). We didn't use the sofa bed, and all beds were appreciated. There were various cleaning issues that needed to be addressed right at move in, so maybe housekeeping had not done the full clean. We noted a few maintenance items, but none affected our wonderful stay. The location is great overlooking the 6th fairway of the Brigantine course, and a very easy bicycle ride from the beach entry. The streets and bike paths are all well shaded, so even on very hot days a ride is very comfortable.

This was a lovely bright and sunny condo. It was very well laid out for a large group. We never felt crowded. The covered outdoor space was a real bonus. It was updated and well kept. We would definitely rent again.

156 Evian is a perfect location on the island. Before we arrived we rented bikes through Sunset rentals and they were delivered before we arrived which was nice. One of the bikes had a chain issue, but over all were great. The property was nice and for the most part clean. We had to call maintenance when we moved a chair so we could see the TV and found several dead bugs and a live one. Furniture needs to be moved when cleaning. The table outside was so filthy we could not sit on it and we called maintainability 3 times in it but it was never cleaned so we could enjoy. The bedrooms need black our curtains so the light in the morning doesn’t blind you in the upstairs master. Water in showers does not get Very hot but after all the sun we were ok with that. Kitchen was nice and had all we needed and beds were comfortable bends do need more that just a simple sheet and comforter, a blanket would be nice. Over all this property is good but could use a cleaning and a better response from management. We would stay again, but i would request things be done before we do. .
