Upon entering the home, you'll find a cozy den to your left featuring a TV, wet bar, and queen sleeper sofa—perfect for additional guests or a quiet reading nook. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.) Continue down the hall to a convenient powder room with full-size washer and dryer.

The open-concept main living area invites you to unwind, with a second sitting room, flat-screen TV, and an adjacent dining space that comfortably seats six. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, whether you're cooking up a quick breakfast or a family dinner. Step outside onto the shaded patio and enjoy peaceful lagoon views.

Upstairs, the home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a flat-screen TV, with a full bathroom just outside in the hallway. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and private bath, providing everyone with their own space to unwind.

While this villa retains its original finishes, it is thoughtfully maintained and priced with value in mind—an excellent option for budget-conscious travelers looking to enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer.

Beachwalk Hilton Head is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard and has an on-site community pool (open seasonally). In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Pet fee is $225 plus tax per dog. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

    Note the description “in original condition”. It is definitely past its prime and needs to have some attitude paid to it. The interior needs to be painted and updated. The carpeting is stained. The floor is sinking in a couple of areas of the kitchen which is a safety concern. My granddaughter actually slipped on the slope and fell down. It looks like there is a piece of wood missing on the deck where there are a couple of exposed nails. A couple of vertical posts are loose as well. There should be a baby gate on the back deck as there is a ravine directly behind it. One of the faucets in the master was loose. An electrical outlet in the third bedroom was loose. The location of the condo was great as it was near the beach and pool. However, if the owner does not address some of the issues of this property soon, it will be hard for them to catch up with all the problems.

    The size was perfect and the two living spaces were great! The location of the townhouse is so much closer to the beach than I thought from the description! It is a very short walk. We wanted somewhere that our family could relax and just take walks on the beach and this was perfect. The only problems we encountered were that something is wrong with the kitchen floor: it is spongy and sloping as if from past water damage. We noticed this as soon as we checked in. Also, in the downstairs powder room, my husband had to fix the toilet to get it to stop running. Most importantly, there was a leak in the upstairs hallway bathroom that the property manager knew about, and sent a plumber who said was ok. It was not ok and the plumber had to return to fix it. If that leak had been ongoing (well before we checked in) it could be what damaged the kitchen floor. We reported this to the property manager. But, overall, we loved the house and felt at home while on our family getaway.
