Sunrise Over the Ocean from Your Balcony

Great location and beautiful clean villa. Beautiful view from the deck!

We love Seaside Villas. The condo is the first unit back from the front so you have really close access to the beach. The condo was clean and basic supplies were provided. Check in was easy and access codes were provided early. You do face the sun in the morning. I like drinking my coffee on the balcony in the morning, but I got chased in fairly quickly due to the direct sun. We walked to Coligny several times. You can also walk over to the park with the pirate ship. This location is very convenient if you dont want to get into the car and drive anywhere.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 30 years and this place was one of our favorites. We had a great time at this place! The location was so close to the beach and worked great for a family of 4 (3 and 5 year old). We cooked a lot at the place and I felt like the outdated kitchen gadgets (can opener and pizza cutter) could use a bit of an update. For some, not having laundry in a place can be a bit of a turn off but I actually like the laundry down the hall especially when the washer and dryer work really well! We will certainly be back.

The condo was extremely clean and was in a great location! The central AC was also a huge plus because most condos in this complex only have a window unit. I highly recommend this condo!

The pictures make it look a lot bigger, but it was still the perfect size for me and a friend! Amazing beach view and super easy walk to the beach!

I just return from my stay at your condo, my best friend and I loved the location, a very short walk to the beach which can be seen from the balcony. The condo was clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend your condo as a top choice for a beach stay at HH with many restaurants and shops nearby. Wonderful unit from the comfortable bed and pillows to the many drawers, hangars, nice towels, updated shower, well-appointed kitchen complete with dishwasher to the high-adirondacks on the deck! As noted in other reviews, the sofa is not the most comfortable, but we didn’t spend much time sitting around. Another area showing age is the laminate flooring throughout most of the unit. I only gave a 4 for cleanliness due to an a/c humidity issue that the owner is aware of. Great space for a short stay! I would stay again, even longer once the a/c humidity issue is resolved.

Great condo, perfect for two. Location to beach and restaurants and shopping is terrific! Would definitely book again. Could use a deep cleaning and new linens but overall very good.

We loved our time spent with this condo. It was clean stocked with all the essentials. Perfect place that served all of our needs! Location was as good as it gets for the area. Just a short walk to the beach with a great view from the patio. Owner was pleasant to deal with and ensured we had a great stay.
