Sunrise Orlando Villa

The villa was fantastic the extra facilities (stroller & booster seat) were appreciated. We have been to florida 4 times and this is the best ever accommodation. Thank you sharon for a stress free jolidayM&B Jennings

This house was everything me and my family needed for the week the host had everything you needed for your stay it was truly clean and had plenty of space for everyone the kitchen had everything we needed the pool area was so enjoyable for me and the entire family even the neighbors were ok over all I will most definitely book this agin in the future thank you for everything

A lovely house - thank you! The pool and games room were a huge hit with our teens! The games room especially had lots to offer. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend staying here. Sharon was great with all communication before and during the stay. The house could possibly be improved with some modernising and a ceiling light in the lounge. Many thanks for having us!

Overall very happy. Easy check in and clean. All directions were very clear. Pool was heated and loved it. Friendly neighbors even put our trash bins out while we were out for the day. Only downside was the AC temp was locked in at 74-78. Agree with not setting it too low to overwork the system but 74 was a little too warm when outside temps were only high 70s to low 80’s. Would definitely stay again. Many stores around for last minute needs or wants.

The property is just like it is listed online.We had trouble with checking in as the previous guests security code was not removed therefore we had to call the property management company to change the code. They were very quick to respond however, if we had been about 40 minutes later, we would not have got into the house until the next day. You do get sun in the pool area, but the tree in the backyard does provide quite a bit of shade. A few things that could be updated are the pots and frying pans as the Teflon coating is peeling off, face cloths are pretty worn, a few more towels would be nice as well as new knives as they are not sharp. These are just our observations. This property is in a good neighborhood with Walmart, Publix and restaurants close by. The neighbors were very friendly. Sharon, the homeowner, was very responsive. We had a great 3 week stay and would book this property again.

We love, love, loved our stay at this house. I cannot say enough about how clean and beautifully decorated the villa was. The owner, when contacted, responded immediately, and was very accommodating and friendly! The location is so close to all the Disney pppPparks.Wewill be back!cWe will be back

Don’t let the out dated look of the place fool you. It was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything like parks and shopping. I loved that the host had very detailed information around the unit that answered any questions that might come up. Despite the host being overseas, considering the time difference she was quick to communicate. It was nice that there were a few basics supplied to get started. Although not mentioned the unit does have a coffee maker. We would stay here again

It is the 12th year I am ranting a villa at this area for my HP small athletics group.It was the worst experience.At the first night the temperature at the villa was closed to 0C.The thermostat was blocked,set on cooling only and was under control of ouner.The blankets are very thin and looks old,...We payed for the pool heating for the all stay.But the the water was barely warm.Of cource, I am not going to rent this villa next year.

Property was as described. It is a little small and a little dated with appliances and decor etc but enjoyed our stay and was comfortable.
