Sunny Villa - Sea View, BBQ & Private Pool

Really lovely and helpful host. Excellent location, good for getting all round the island. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Swam every day in the swimming pool. House was really clean

Everything was very easy and the house is very very clean. Our hostess is very gracious with area information. The house is quiet with beautiful views. Everything was in good working order. We would definitely stay here again. It is a well planned house with lots of space and baths.

Nice property and very nice property manager! Positive points: swimming pool, outdoor furniture, barbecue, garage and outlook Negative points: kitchen needs to be refurbished (but the manager is aware of it and willing to); if 8 adults around the pool, lack of sunbeds or comfortable chairs and very small beach umbrella; you can hear road traffic from the terrace but not too disturbing

Katiuska met us at the Villa and she was very helpful and accomodating. The Villa is fabulous , we spent our days relaxing round the pool , enjoying barbecues and then the spectacular sunsets from the balcony.You need a car for sure for the location , but it perfectly allows you then to explore the stunning island of Madeira from the beautiful South to the amazing mountains of the North, will for sure return to this Island.

This House was amazing, exactly like the pictures, a lot of small things were all thought off. Fantastic view, comfortable beds,.... Perfect location

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Katiuska's house. House is not far away from the speedway which allowed us to quickly reach most places of Madeira. We also enjoyed having a barbecue next to the swimming pool ! House is very comfortable.

This house is a great size for an enjoyable holiday. quite basic in the essential kitchen utensils but you can get by. Easily accessible from the airport as it is pretty much one road the whole way. The BBQ area is fabulous however the pizza oven didn't work for us. :( We went as 2 families(a group of 7) and it was the perfect pace to stay, the pool and outside areas are great as they are in the sun for most of the day and with a gradual depth increase in the pool its great for the little ones. The only downside to this house is the noise from the road, during the day it isn't a problem but at night when you need to keep doors open to keep cool you are able to hear the cars - the main road is situated right in front of the garden down the cliff face. We loved our time in madeira and would definitely recommend this house - the owner was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. the house was clean and well maintained.
