I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here for 3 months and it was great! The condo was clean, spacious and had all of the essentials (and more) needed! It was really nice having a washer and dryer in the unit also! The management team was always updated me on gate codes and was available if I needed them (which I only did once for a fire alarm battery) highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 27, 2023Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the over all layout of the vila, we were very disappointed in the air conditioning. There was a note that said to not put it below 72 degrees, but it would not cool down whatsoever. At one point, it was 80 degrees in there. Very disappointing especially with how hot it was outside! The owners did have someone come look at it, but it was not fixed. Also, the stove top is gas-and we used it one time only because it smoked up the entire place! Which had us eating out more than we originally planned. Overall, our stay was good, but it would have been excellent had the air conditioning worked! I do want to praise the evening security guard as well! He was a great help!

Stayed Jul 1, 2022I actually secured the stay at this property for my adult children. I live in the area and my sister and brothers stayed with me while our adult children (28 - 34) stayed at the Villa. They loved the property. We had a small issue with the AC but Barbara was Johnnie On The Spot and got someone out immediately. The management team is awesome. Definitely recommend. Rod
