STUNNING VILLA, LARGE PRIVATE POOL & CONSERVATION VIEWS - 4 Miles from Disney!!

This house was perfect for our family visiting Kissimmee. It was very spacious and the pool was great! I highly recommend it.

Host Matthew was terrific…,promptly answered all of our questions, and was helpful with any query we had. The house was perfect for a family of 5…everyone got their own space. And location was close to everything. We only had one car but Ubers worked really well in this neighborhood so each kid got to do what they wanted from parks to nearby golf. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend.

Villa was in a nice quiet central location for our requirements. It was well equipped with the essential items. Nice layout with the master bedroom and en-suite on the ground floor and further bedrooms upstairs. The pool is a great size for swimming or just cooling off. Deck is great for catching the sun all day. The table and umbrella were a good size to eat at and very comfortable chairs and sun loungers. We had nice stay and would return

Lovely quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond to any issues. don't expect everything to be perfect when you rent someone else's home. there are small blemishes here and there as in all homes. large and nice pool with new outdoor furniture. we had a great time and would love to come again

We loved the house and its layout. Great extra sized pool to spend the hot days in.Free grill use was the added bonus.The neighborhood was real nice and quiet. No issues there.

Stayed for 9 nights with my husband our two kids. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. House was as expected from photos. Yes it’s a bit outdated but we don’t care about that. We’re not fancy people so don’t require a fancy house. Host was very kind to let us stay till noon on checkout day since our flight was late. Only constructive criticism I have is that there were no cleaning supplies or extra toilet paper to get through our long stay. We had to go buy dish soap and dishwasher pods. No extra garbage bags either. So bring your own if you don’t want to spend the extra money.

Great place to land after a day at universal or disney. The pool refreshing and the kitchen well appointed.

We have booked homes in Orlando, Florida for six straight years with heated pools, and paid the extra fee, as we live in Ohio and wanted to enjoy swimming in a heated pool as the primary reason for vacationing in Florida. Our reviews every year have all been positive by the owners, as they provided us pools that were heated to 84-88 degrees. The location of this home was excellent in close proximity to Disney, restaurants, and grocery stores and the neighborhood was quiet and great for daily walks. We found the floor was dirty when we arrived and the entry lock was difficult to navigate.HOWEVER, we were so disappointed that when we arrived the pool was not clean nor heated. The temperature of the pool was 66-72 degrees, much too cold to swim in and dirty. We contacted the owner and we thought he was slow to respond and the pool never reached more than 72 degrees. He refunded the money we paid for having the pool heated, but it ruined our vacation. This home would be great if you do not want to use the pool.

Here are our pros and cons about this property. Cons, the house seemed dated. The cookware certainly was! The pool seemed dirty. The walls were not clean and it appears there is moss on the bottom? We are not pool owners, so can't say for sure. The previous concerns with the Master bed has been rectified, but bring/buy your own pillows, these were aweful! Wish the house was cooler. Buy/bring your own paper towels/toilet tissue, as it was limited. There was a leak under sink which caused an ant situation. The bedroom TV has much to be desired. It could be a remote issue. Pros, the TV in living area was great! Lots of channels. Washer and dryer came in handy. Quiet neighborhood. The landscape was fine. The bathrooms are updated. VERY quick response(s) from the property manager. All in all, ok property. Worth the nightly rate, especially compared to a hotel. If you want quiet you will find it here.

The property was ready when we arrived and very clean. The first floor ensuite was very convenient. The location was perfect for Disney, Universal and Sea world (less than 30 minutes). Very convenient for grocery stores. Neighborhood was a quiet residential area. We had some heavy storms and woke one morning to a slightly green pool. Called Matthew and property manager was there within the hour, cleaned and treated the pool and we were ready to swim in 3 hours. Great Service.

Great size pool, net on lanai need some repairs to stop the small insects getting through. Good facilities, quiet area.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Nice property, a little tired here and there, particularly around pool area as the pool needs resurfacing and re-tiling, didn’t detract from our enjoyment though, bug screen had a few holes but overall it was clean and very well equipped. Comms with host had been great and very prompt until our last night when the AC played up in 100 degrees and couldn’t get hold of anyone to help. Great for family groups of all ages and good location for both Disney and Universal parks.
