This floor includes 2 rooms, each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm, as well as 1 room with a french bed of 180 cm, which benefits from its own private shower and WC. A fully equipped kitchen on this level features an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate bath with bidet and WC completes the facilities on this floor. Direct access to a terrace is available from the dining area.
