The minimum stay at Villa Magnolia is 1 week, with arrivals and departures scheduled on Saturdays. Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. Upon arrival, a refundable damage deposit of 1.000 euros is required, which will be returned upon departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damage. A city tax applies from 1st April to 31st October at a rate of 2,50 euros per person per day for guests aged 10 years and above. Included in the rental price are daily maid service except on Sundays, with cleanings provided every other day until 31 March 2026, linen changes on Wednesdays and Saturdays, concierge service, luggage transportation complimentary between 15:00 and 17:00 and between 08:00 and 10:00, food storage upon arrival with only the food cost payable on arrival, and electricity.
