Stunning Oceanview Atrium Villa! Amenity access included!

Came for a wedding in Seabrook and the location could not have been better. We walked to all of the events and had an incredible ocean view as well. Layout was great - beds were very comfy and since we were able to get amenity cards we could use the member facilities and restaurants.

This is our fifth stay at the villas in 4 different units. This one has one of the best views on the island and is in an awesome location. Please read the fine print on the listing. The amenity cards included are only for the homeowners building and pool at the entrance to Seabrook. You must pay extra to use the club pool or eat in the restaurants across the street from villa or at the country club next door.

Very nice property, great location, property was clean, no issues with accommodations would stay again and would recommend this property to a friend.

Property was very relaxing and convenient to all the amenities. It was my first time visiting Seabrook Island, but certainly not my last!

This units best feature is location. Easy access to poool and beach. Unit is older with tiny kitchen. Beds and linens are old and should be upgraded. In general these units are a bit beat up and definitely should be viewed as a place to sleep. Needs a paint job. Would not book again - think Motel 6 with a view. On the plus side management team is good and responsive.

Nice place for 2 couples.

Very Beautiful setting. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the dolphins in the ocean and walking on the beach. Very clean condo, with many accommodations. The pool was right across the street and the beach off of the pool area was fabulous. The only issue we had was arriving during a rainstorm, and trying to figure out where our condo in the building was located. It was like a maze trying to find the condo number, with no signage leading us in the direction we needed to go. We managed to find a small paper map posted by the elevators so we were able to find the general area of the condo. When we eventually tracked it down we were drenched. Lol. It was time for a drink at that point. We enjoyed our stay very much, once we had dry clothes on.

the villa was very nice. i thought is was oceanfront not across the street. this should be made clear on the description .

What a beautiful condo! The wrap around balcony was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze and gorgeous views. The two bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the apartment is clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would visit this area again. We highly recommend this location.

The property was conveniently located near the pool, golf, ocean and other activities on the island. We spent most of our time on the very spacious balcony as the views were spectacular!

I booked this for a sister/mom weekend. The 3 of us had a wonderful time. It was so nice to be close to the pool and beach. Everything was perfect for the 3 of us and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

We loved being able to walk over to the beach club and the easy access to the beach. We spent most of our time, at the condo, on the amazing balcony. We will definitely stay here, again.
