Safe property but it would be nice get a guest pass instead of waiting at security for re- entry each time.

End of the day we had a great 8 day vacation in Puerto Rico! The property was clean and well appointed but a perpetual disappointment. We showed up and the promised pack and play crib wasn't there and one of the air conditioning units didn't work. We called and texted one of the owners and a wrong number. The wrong number called us back, owner didn't. Finally got ahold of the owner via the website and they offered to bring out the crib the next day. We went out to Walmart at 11 Pm and had to buy our 4 month old a pack n play/ 160. The AC was unit was replaced promptly and professionally but we never identified which unit. To us it meant they knew the unit was down before we checked in. Quiet hours are posted as 10 -8 (except for maintenance dept which start at 7) We had a neighbor hosting an outdoor Karaoke party which extended beyond 10 PM. I texted the property manager who said she would take care of it. Five minutes later she texted back that I needed to contact security. I ended up asking the neighbors to quiet down myself. Property has no grill. Property owners left us exactly 2 extra trash liners for a party of 8 adults staying 8 days. Get used to speed bumps, 15 speed bumps between the unit and the second security gate. Every trip to the store means 30 speed bumps. The security gate requires you to call the guard shack to enter the property grounds. Sometimes they are there, sometimes the phone rings 30 times. Nice enough property - expected more.

Excellent property. Second time staying here. Did not give it a perfect score because an AC unit in one of the rooms was not working. However, the manager immediately moved to find a technician, and the AC was fixed on the second day. The house manager was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely stay here in the future. House is “FULLY” equipped and located in a gated community. Love the property.

The home offered a fantastic experience. The kitchen was small but we only used the refrigerator and microwave and both were high quality and perfect for our stay. The indoor and outdoor spaces were really nice and allowed for ample space for gathering and hanging out. The bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds, individual cooling units and acces to a balcony. The only downside is the multitude of stairs for some bedrooms. This was really a problem during checking in and out with heavy suitcases. If mobility is a concern, please reconsider. Overall the home was a great option for my trip and I would stay again.

The 4 bedroom/4 1/2 bathroom unit was perfect for our group of 4 couples. It is located across from the community pool and about a 10 minute walk from a lovely small beach at the Embassy Suites. There is a nice backyard area with a grill as well as outdoor patios. The unit was clean, has great artwork, comfortable beds, nice bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), and beach/pool towels and chairs were provided. Communication was great prior to, during, and following our visit.

The set up of this condo for friends traveling together as couples was perfect. We had four bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. Lots of outdoor space as well. Owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. Couple small things, we were a little confused trying to find the beach and Thought that once we hit the embassy suites that was it. If you go past there, there is a huge beach that is all public where you can walk for miles with beach bars near it. Also, we could use a few more utensils at the condo but those probably just disappear over time. Owners has suggested Chef Lorraine and she was amazing and we would highly recommend using her. It wasn’t just a meal. It was an experience. Condo was clean and everything we needed.

Our family of six adults a teen and a 12 year old had plenty of room to spend 10 days together over the holidays. Four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms suited our needs.quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe walking and being outside. We all enjoyed the beaches and Dorado.

We were very happy with our villa! It had lots of space for seven people, we were never tripping over each other. The grounds were beautiful and manicured. The villa was very clean, but if I had one small critique, it would be to add some fresh caulking to the kitchen and the master bath. it was clean, the caulking made it look like it was not clean. Fresh caulking would just give it that extra shine We had an awesome time there and would definitely stay again!

The property had plenty of room for all six of us. We very much enjoyed the pool which was close to the unit. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lots of room and well laid out property. The resort area is excellent. quiet. Enjoyed our stay.
