Stayed Apr 11, 2025The property manager was great to communicate with and the house was great. My only complaints were trying to get guests in. Even though they were on our list the gate was giving us trouble letting them in. The house was a little dirty. There was an empty bottle under a bed table and gross stuff under the coach. The garage was filled with webs and spiders. Overall a great stay. Thank you

Stayed Mar 16, 2025The house was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and very spacious. The house was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, the bbq was clean, theatre room was nice for watching something as a family at night. The pool was perfect!Having a stick vacuum handy would be a nice addition to have the option of cleaning the floor, especially for longer stays. (We stayed 10 days) Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 29, 2024Everything about the house was perfect! There was 11 of us and we all had a ton of space and things to do. The kids loved playing in the games room but the biggest hit was the pool. The house was exceptionally maintained, the only thing I would change would be some more towels.I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Apr 17, 2024The house was very clean and worked great with several bathrooms and bedrooms to allow all to have some privacy, but be together! We enjoyed the backyard space, pool table (ping pong and air hockey broken), community amenities where despite the crowd, you could get a seat by the pool area, needed clubs or balls etc.. Alonso in the office in Chile was very kind and helpful on several needed occasions when we were fortunate to connect with him. I had sent the full list of names with pictures of all IDs etc... as requested early and received repeated confirmations that all was set; however, on arrival, the front gate did not have what was needed. Luckily, we had paid to arrive early before the rest of the family and there were not significant lines on our arrival as on some days and times, and we reached Alonso who quickly helped us to start. When we got to the house, the codes were not working and Alonso was again able to help us quickly! It then took a few days to have the rest of the family properly added to the front gate list, but luckily they slowly joined over 5 days time so it worked out ok. When we arrived the promised safety gate + extra chairs (4 to accommodate the group of 14) were not there and never arrived, so we bought 6 folding chairs of our own as the furniture in the home looks nice but is actually quite flimsy and screws kept falling out of chairs spontaneously and we couldn't risk falls. Worried if we had bigger issues what would have been so hesitant
