Stunning 6 Bedroom Villa on Solterra Resort - pool overlooking conservation area

We had a wonderful family vacation to escape the cold of winter and could not have had a better stay. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was worth it as we used it every day. The resort community pool was also worth the extra fee to switch things up. Plenty of grocery stores near by to get food to cook at home. All seven of us (two adults, five children) had a great time and cannot wait to go back!

We had a great time! The house was super clean, pool was a great size, neighborhood was nice, beds were comfortable, and we had a lot of fun in the game room! We would totally stay again!

We had an amazing stay! Everything about this home was a 10/10 - clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Great outdoor dining area which we used for all of our meals. The teenagers really enjoyed the games room and the movie room in the evenings. It was a great way to unwind at the end of the day!Highly recommend!

In our home we had 3 generations! It was a quiet neighborhood. But close to experiences if desired. The home had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The games room had all of the amenities as listed. And it was all spotlessly clean.

We stayed for 8 days. The house is very clean and spacious. The location is fantastic for Disneyland, Universal etc and the street is nice and quiet. The air con was a god send as we were in 100 degree heat on some days and the house was always wonderfully cool and refreshing. The beds were all extremely comfortable and my husband in particular is always fussy about the comfort of the bed. Kitchen has literally everything you could need- all thought out! Thank you for such a great stay! Save your time-d on't hesitate to book- you needn't look any further.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and clean. Perfect for our son’s bday vacation. If you will be having multiple drivers, be aware that only two cars fit in the driveway and street parking is on a first come first serve basis, so if the neighborhood is full, you will have to park outside of the neighborhood and carpool. That was a bit of an issue for us. Other than that though, we loved it and would definitely stay again.

Ever nice. A few suggestions: front upstairs bedroom mattress should be replaced, pool was dirty (we didn’t use it), supplies ie: tollet paper, towels, spices were skimpy. Over all, enjoyed the stay. ps: The checkout instructions should be left in the house. Have a Great Day!

This home was more than we dreamed it would be. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. There wasn't a day where the kids (and adults) didn’t enjoy the pool and spa. The water park was just enough, and we enjoyed that as well. The owner of this property was responsive and very good to work with during this process. Her home is one that will not be forgotten and the memories will last forever! Thank you and we hope others will enjoy their stay as much as we did this week ? Perfect

Beautiful home that was perfect for our family’s needs. The pool area and game room provided entertainment for everyone. Tip: Run hot tub regularly even when not in use to help the pool be warmer. The rooms provided ample space for people to interact as much or little as they wanted. Equipment and safety guards our infant grand daughter were appreciated. Well furnished kitchen. Bathroom cleanliness was a concern and we had to clean the mold rings that were above water level and mold strips up the back of the toilet bowl ourselves. Another concern was foil improperly placed in a gas oven. Foil was placed corner to corner and side to side making gas build up in the oven that made a strong gas smell in the house. We replaced it to not cover the heat and gas slits on the sides. Ice/water dispensers opening had mold up in the top and under the water catcher front ledge.
