Stayed Dec 29, 2025Suzanne made the booking process very straightforward, and communication from the initial booking right through to check-in was excellent.The property was clean and well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen, in particular, had all the expected amenities for a holiday rental, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a good range of utensils.During our stay, we did experience an issue with the boiler, but this was handled extremely well by Christine and Tom (thank you both). A replacement was fitted the same day, and Suzanne kept us well informed throughout, meaning everything was resolved quickly and efficiently.While the rooms themselves were clean, some areas of the property showed signs of wear and could benefit from a little refreshing. We understand that some of this was due to previous water damage, though it was a little disappointing to see this during our stay.The outside area was very pleasant, however there were a few areas where exterior paintwork was flaking, which slightly detracted from the overall presentation.Overall, despite a few minor points, we enjoyed our stay. The villa was in good working order, communication was excellent, and the standard of cleanliness was acceptable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025We are just back from staying at this Villa & it is amazing, we will definitely be back again. The Villa itself is very clean, has spacious rooms & equipped with everything you could need, with 5 of us staying there we did not feel as if we were living on top of each other. The pool is the added bonus, couldnt get the kids out of it.It is located in a quiet gated community, with lidl & mercadona a 5 minute walk & 5/10 minute drive to the main strip & beaches.From booking to the end of our holiday, communication with Suzanne was great. She was quick to answer any questions I had and gave very clear information on all we needed to know before arrival & during our stay, going that extra mile to ensure we were comfortable & settled in.We cannot thank you enough for a great stay. pool is the added bonus, perfect for the kids
