**Pool and Hot Tub Heat: pool and spa heating is additional $30/day. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you would like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for full time of your stay.

BBQ: A one-time fee of $50 applies for the use of the BBQ, regardless of the number of days you use it. A starter propane tank will be provided for your convenience.

Note: Upon your arrival, you will find a complimentary starter set including toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your immediate use. Following this initial provision, guests are expected to procure any additional supplies they may need throughout their stay. Thank you.

Guests will access to the entire home.

Parking: guests can park 4-5 vehicles in the driveway. Please note there is no parking on the street at any time. The HOA will tow any car parked on the street.

Resort: Guests have full access to Veranda Palms Resort amenities at no additional cost. The amenities include a large community pool, play structure with slide, fitness center, and lounging area. The resort is open from dawn until dusk.

Veranda Palms Resort is centrally located with easy access to Disney Parks (15 mins drive) , Universal (25 mins drive).
