Studio Sur - Adults Only - Mallorca with Shared Pool

At FincaOase Can Negre, you will experience absolute peace, relaxation, and the unique landscape of Mallorca’s southeast. The finca is located outside the picturesque village of Son Macià, between Manacor and Felanitx.



Studio Sur is our smallest unit, offering about 35 m² of living space. The well-designed layout combines the living and sleeping area with a kitchenette and a shower bathroom for a comfortable stay. On the spacious terrace of about 30 m², you will find seating, loungers, and a sun umbrella.



The shared outdoor area with pool, outdoor shower, and covered sun loungers is available to all guests. Pool hours are from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm. Ample parking is available on site. A grill is available on request. Beach and pool towels can be rented on site for an extra charge. Laundry can be washed for an extra charge if needed. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for an extra charge, depending on availability. Electricity for air conditioning is payable on site. Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is designed as a self-catering apartment. Food and all consumables must be provided by guests.
