Awesome stay!

We had a great stay, the property was even nicer than the pictures and close to all the resort amenities like the pool (which was open but cold as expected for April) and the tennis courts. Very close walk to the beach. We enjoyed the very accessible resort with bike trails throughout. It was also very conveniently located near grocery stores, ice cream and souvenir shops. We only wish we had a longer stay and hope to come back in the future. Both bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Thank you!

Stayed a few days at Stormsurge to visit family nearby. It was a nice warm spell in January but we didnt use the pool or resort amenities. The location is beautiful, condo was clean & comfy for my husband, myself & my service dog. Plenty of walking paths, peaceful views of pond. Easy drive to restaurants, state park & other fun. Didn’t need to contact host as everything was fine with check in & stay

Stewart was very responsive and helpful throughout the process from booking through our visit. The Condo was in an ideal location situated on a beautiful marsh with amazing views. It was clean and very comfortable for our ahort getaway to Pawleys Island.

My husband, sister, her husband, and I had a delightful visit at Storm Surge. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located to the beach club and tennis/pickleball courts. We enjoyed the close proximity to Georgetown and Murell's Inlet for activities and restaurants. Great trip! Thank you for sharing your villa!

five stars for sure. It was easy to feel at home from the minute you opened the door. It was relaxed, open floor plan and had all the kitchen stuff you'd want. We are coffee snobs so we brought our own but that's just us. Maybe a list of fav restaurants would be handy, but we loved Frank's so we already knew. The porches were our go-to for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Terrific.

This was our third visit to Storm Surge, and it only gets better every year. It's clean, well stocked, and perfectly located. The beach is a short walk, the pool is across the street, a pond in the back for sunset views, and there are great walkways for biking or strolling. Our host is always just a phone call or text away and answers questions promptly and is willing to help in any way. Great time!

Amazing experience! Stewart, the host, goes above and beyond to communicate every detail prior to arrival. He even offered to bring in our grocery order if it arrived before we did! Would 100% rent this unit again in the future!

Had a fun long weekend at Storm Surge. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Super easy process as far as communication, check in and check out. Very convenient to the beach, just a quick walk. Would stay again!

Great location and complex. The unit was well suited for what we needed. A little dated but well worth the price. Can’t say enough about the Litchfield by the Sea complex. Golf cart rental made everything very accessible.

We had a great 3 nights. Litchfield is our go to place for July 4th. The condo was just as described. Perfect location with the tennis courts/pool across the way and the beach not much further. Easy walking distance even with our gear. The back porch over looking the pond was so relaxing in the mornings and late evenings. Close to all of the restaurants and shopping Pawleys and Litchfield have to offer. We had friends staying all over LBtSea so it was nice to walk to where they were all staying. Best part of all is it was pet friendly. Thanks again for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better location! Being able to just walk across the street to beach access, the pool, and pickleball was great, especially for our teenage boys when they wanted some time away from the parents. Our toddler loved riding with us on the golf cart down to the other pool with the lazy river, or to the ice cream shop. The house was just as advertised and was well stocked with everything we needed. Being able to do laundry was a big plus. The only caveat I would add is that the washer is VERY loud when it gets to the spin cycle, so just be prepared for that. It only lasts a few minutes though. We had a great time and are so glad we found this place for our beach trip!

We were only staying a few days and this condo suited our needs perfectly. Everything was in working order and the place was stocked with everything we needed. The only small thing was that there were no towels or washcloths in the bathroom. I went on a treasure hunt and found some in a small storage area at the back of a large walk in closet upstairs. Since I found the towels fairly quickly, there was no need to contact the owner. Other than that, a flawless stay.

Great communication with host and very responsive

No where did it mention that motorcycles were not allowed. My adult son and I had to park in overflow parking outside of the gated community and walk 1/2 mile to the condo. Condo was ok but need to update the listing regulations.

The view was great. House was stocked. We found a live roach in the bedroom upstairs.

Very nice property as described on the listing. Great view and very convenient to all amenities- we would stay again. A bonus was how the property had lots of supplies for garbage, cleaning and bathroom.

This is our 4th or 5th time at Storm Surge and we always enjoy our stay! Perfect weather this time for sitting on the deck and taking advantage of the short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds, great location, fast WiFi and a host that is easy to communicate with. The USB charging station was a nice new addition. We’ll be back!

Clean and comfortable for the price. Great cable TV setup, Wifi, amd kitchen set up. Extra ice in the freezer by owner who was easy to work with. Will use again due to proximity of Huntington Beach Stae Park and Brookgreen Gardens.

Property clean and convenient to beach and everything.

We came to the Beach to escape the after effects of Hellene and to have power! This rental has been wonderful. Extremely clean, well equipped, wonderful beds and linens. The beach and pool are easily accessible. The owners have been most accommodating…cannot say enough nice things about them. Great place to stay!

It was clear upon arrival that the host was not prepared to have us stay. The entire place was not clean with dust, pet hair, and dirt throughout. Streaks on the glass, dirt in the microwave, etc. The place was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable to stay. There was used ice cream in the fridge, water stains upstairs on the ceiling, and overall very disappointing. We tried and tried to contact the host upon arrival. After no contact for over 24 hours, VRBO stated that we would not get any help from the host. Poor communication. Do not recommend.

Owner was very nice, informative, and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Condo was comfortable and cozy.

This was a perfect little stay. Waking up and having breakfast looking at the pond, walking across the street to the pool and the tennis courts, a little further and you're on the beach - with clean bathrooms! Literally nothing not to love. The place was simple but perfect - no complaints. For such a great price, we will be back :)

This was easily one of the best beach vacations my family has had. The location is perfect and you won’t find a better dog friendly beach stay. The host is very kind, bringing us an extra bike when one of the ones had a flat! We will be back!
