Things to Note:
- The individual booking must be 25+ and staying at the home.
- There is a $40 charge for each parking pass, not included in your booking payment. This is purchased upon arrival at Portside. Vehicles will be towed if not registered through the HONK App. Portside allows 2 vehicles maximum per home. One marked parking spot is designated for this home. Visitor parking spaces are first come first serve. Visitor parking spaces may not be reserved or claimed. Overflow parking is available at the back tennis court area.
- All guests are required to purchase a wristband for $1 each to access the Resort`s amenities, not included in your booking payment.
- Portside`s office hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-4PM. If guests arrive after 4PM, they may visit the office the next business day to obtain parking passes/wristbands.
- Quiet hours are 11PM-9AM.
- Pool hours are 9AM-11PM.
- The East tennis court, at the back of the property, is marked for pickleball, and the West is for tennis only. Courts are open 8AM-10PM.

- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties, unauthorized guests, hanging items over the balcony/railing, storing articles on balconies/porches (boxes, pails, fishing equipment, beach items, cleaning supplies, folding chairs, toys, exercise equipment, etc), grills, rollerblades, skateboards, golf carts, scooters, motorcycles, glass bottles/food/drinks in pool areas, tree climbing, adjusting sprinkler heads.
- Unit occupancy is 6 guests maximum.

    Good location and accommodations were comfortable. Triple check for extra expenses you may incur at this property (parking pass 44, pool pass 1 per person, nothing is replaced if you run out ie: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent)

    We had a great stay for our birthday weekend getaway! The location was perfect—easy walk to the beach, and the pools were a great bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made it super relaxing. Would definitely come back!
