I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is perfect. Beautiful beach. Villa was perfect except my grandsons feet after walking barefoot in the house were BLACK. I think it had been swept but not mopped in a while. Otherwise it was perfect!!!

Stayed Mar 18, 2022The Villa was nice.It was a nice walk to the Beach from the complex. The Pool was steps from the Villa. You can drive to the Siesta Village in minutes or take the free trolley across the street. Everything was great. Their was an issue with the Dishwasher. It looked very dirty inside. Obviously, something was wrong with it. I told the office but they didnt look at it during our stay. Overall, great trip.

Significantly more space than a suite at a hotel, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath had been recently remodeled and it was a perfect fit.

Very close to the beach and also the city trolley. We stayed a family with 2 kids and loved the experience.The place was clean but with a small trace of sand, but guess you get that when you love by the beach.Over all very happy

Location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the beach - nice that beach chairs are offered. Cleaning crew did a pretty good job upon entry. However, there was a broken wine glass in the cabinet upon arrival and a toaster that didn't work well.
