Perfect location

Amazing location with a five minute walk to the beach and the huge swimming pool directly in front of the townhouse. The house was perfect for our group of three couples.

Everything about this rental was great! Location, cleanliness and communication with the owner. We rented bikes and rode to the beach everyday. So nice to have the pool right out the front door too! Highly recommend!

A wonderful home, very spacious with all the amenities, including a large, comfy sofa and beds. Lots of windows and light. Enjoyed the sunroom especially in the mornings and evenings, and the beautiful views. Very quiet location with a short walk to the beach, and minutes' away from restaurants and shops at Shelter Cove. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations or location. Our host was the best, and we were well taken care of.

We had a great week. The house was well equipped to meet all our needs. It is very clean and well maintained. Nancy is a wonderful host. I would love to return again.

We were very comfortable and happy staying here. It’s a great location to get around and close to the beach. The pool we couldn’t use because of the weather but it’s very nice and right across the road so every convienant. The home is clean and the beds comfortable with nice large rooms lots of closet space and a kitchen with all you need.

Loved the house and the whole property in general. Really close to the beach, golf, tennis, and lots of great restaurants. Rented bikes and we were able to explore most of the island and the beach was also great biking. Hot tub was perfect for an evening soak. Our host was great as well. Hope to make it back soon.

We loved the location of this property! It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, yet close enough to great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities for the kids. The 5 minute walk to the beach was a breeze and with the pool being directly across the street, we couldn't have asked for more! Communication with the owners was top notch and we never felt we would not be taken care of if anything arose (nothing didn't). Thank you for a great stay. Our teenagers absolutely loved HHI and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in the house for two weeks. The house is lovingly decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening with a glass of wine and were able to observe deer, squirrels and small lizards. The nature and the peace are so relaxing - and I love those trees there. In just 7 minutes (on foot) you are at one of the most beautiful beaches. A big thank you to the owners.We were on HHI for the 5th time and have never received such good and comprehensive information about the house as this time. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

We just spent a week at this beautiful home. Everything was as listed. The house was fully stocked and we did not lack anything. The owner, Nancy, responded in a timely manner. The pool was not always very warm, but that is a personal preference. It was well maintained. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the home. Pickleball courts are not too far, and the bike trails are great. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful setting and decor, and the best, most thoughtful communication with the owner during a tropical storm. Can’t thank her enough for answering our many questions and concerns in a difficult situation.

The house was perfect for our family of six to stay in for the week---Nancy was incredible to communicate with and we had absolutely no issues with the house or the stay. The location was perfect to walk to the beach, stay at the pool, or walk around Palmetto Dunes. Would highly recommend!!

We had a great time staying at 7618 Ocean Lane. The decor and furnishings were great. The kitchen was well appointed. Having the beach cart was a Godsend! Our host, Nancy, was very responsive. She even sent us cookies while we were there as a thank you gesture! Would definitely book this villa again!
