You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally -located villa in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island ! Villa is a single floor end unit which will accommodate up to 5 guests between the two bedrooms both bedrooms have a Marriott mattress, smart tvs with flat screen and ceiling fans king bed in the master and second bedroom offers a set of queens. Both bedrooms have a full bathroom The guest bath is accessible in the hallway off the bedroom r>50 inch tv screen In the living room with plenty of seating All stainless steel updated appliances with a fully equipped kitchen washer and dryer off of the kitchen is full size
Pool area is gated for our guests. The beach access is across the street with a direct path to the beach. Making it a very short walk before your “toes” hit the sand ! Please note pets are only allowed if staying over 30 days and must be approved by our property manager. these rules are voted by the HOA board with strict rules !
