Stayed Nov 6, 2025Location is highly convenient for visits to Disney. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and related items. The property accommodates 14 people comfortably. The common areas of the house show significant rental wear and tear. Everything was clean and comfortable, particularly the bedrooms. Several items were reported to the host after the stay as needing attention, and the host responded that the issues should have been raised during the stay. The group did not address the issues during the stay to avoid adjusting vacation plans for service or maintenance visits.

Stayed May 23, 2025I planned a surprise birthday for my husband with his friends here. It was a great location and very well maintained. The only frustration was the check in process where we could only bring 3 cars and all had to be checked in at the gate ahead of time. However, once that part was done we were able to have fun and enjoy. I also really appreciate Rita being so quick to communicate with me and answer all of my questions.

Stayed May 2, 2025Host responded immediately and accommodating. Each room had a Disney theme. Very creative and loved by all. I often host a family / friends getaway and I could say that this seems to be the favorite. We would definitely recommend staying.
