The microwave wasn’t working and the WiFi was terrible. Other than that it was an excellent stay!

However, it needs attention, this property looks worn down, from the front door, to the patio furniture, the loose and broken stones on the patio flooring, the dirty patio, and other details that should have been taken care of before arrival, to include broken beach umbrella, unusable ice chest due to black mold, a refrigerator that leaks, very poor quality kitchen knives, and a lack of wine glasses. We also had to call and get new spices as many of them were empty. Just felt like a lot of little things and again, worn out.

The complex and unit are as beautiful, well equipped, convenient and comfortable as described on the VRBO site. We were 5 in our party and there was more than enough room for us all to feel comfortable. Our ground floor unit in building D was conveniently located to the pool, bbq area and beach. Everything was clean and was in great working order. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family

We enjoyed the beach access but found the pool noisy with screaming children beginning at 8 am, and the beach very crowded. We did not like the lack of privacy with the people all around and walking by our patio and bedroom window from morning till night. The villa was lovely and very comfortable and the resort was gorgeous.

Said it had ocean views but it wasn’t. However it was fine and we had a wonderful time.

We loved this property and hope to stay again sometime. Very well equipped, and we especially appreciated all the beach equipment and the proximity to the ocean.

We enjoyed having the pool so close to our Lanai. The bars and restaurants at the Ritz were very welcoming to us. We also enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Turtle Beach is a beautiful area with nice walking trails, golf, and pickleball. Long empty beaches to walk on.

Clean and comfortable place in walking distance of pool and beach near Turtle Bay. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds with boogie boards, snorkels and toys in beach locker. Definitely recommend!

My family and I (husband and kids 19, 16 and 12) had a lovely time at the Villa. Being on the ground floor was wonderful and so easy to get to the beach and pool. The master bedroom and bath were amazing, so much room and space to relax after a long day. Honestly the only thing I would recommend is more blankets, we had everything else we needed. The toys and beach gear was more than we could have asked for and we used them a lot. The Villa is separate from the resort, so we did feel a bit like outsiders even though we used the restaurants and activities. It would also be nice to have access to the bigger pool given how much we spent on the Villa and things at the resort (spa treatments, meals, horse riding, luau, etc.). We ate at several of the restaurants and were not impressed, the food was okay and definitely not worth the high price tag. We had much better food venturing into the nearest town. I would not eat at the resort again after our experience. A great place for families and those looking to have some down time and enjoy the beach and pool. Plus lots of space for the teens to have their time alone as well. Highly recommend.

Resort and restaurants are close and amazing. Our first stay on Oahu North shore and I can’t imagine it being better. The apartment had everything we needed for our days on the beach including chairs, towels, snorkel gear and more.

Everything was great! Pristine! Great location! We can’t wait to come back!
