Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.We loved everything about this trip and are already planning our next visit. Amazing location, great for our family!

Great location, clean space, had the best time!

Unit was just like it is pictured with everything we needed for many blissful days on the North Shore. Loads of beach equipment for big and little people. The beds were so comfortable and seating arrangement in living room was perfect for great family time. Highly recommend!

Great location, huge space, and easy check in. The only thing was the not setting the a/c below 72. We got a little warm at night but everything else was great!

This place does not disappoint. The pictures are accurate, and the home has all the upgrades and amenities you will need while traveling. The outside is just as picturesque as the inside. The grounds are lush and tropical and the views were spectacular.

Everything was amazing the Villa’s at Turtle Bay Resort didn’t disappoint lots to do and views were amazing seeing the turtles & sealion on beach was so exciting! Great resort if you are traveling with a family lots of spacious room and pool was so close!

Absolutely amazing family trip with our adult children and their significant others.

Property was as advertised, check-in was easy, directions and information complete, well stocked kitchen and comfortable space. Host was super helpful during the tsunami warning! Appreciated her extra efforts to reach us and ensure our safety. Would recommend this Villa to anyone seeking the perfect place to stay on the North Shore.

We couldn’t have asked for a better setup.If there was one downside, it would be the approach taken by the woman overseeing pool and property rules. Rather than calmly reminding the children to adjust their behavior, she started the conversation at a high level of intensity—more of a reprimand than a request. While it wasn't a major issue, a more measured and respectful tone would likely be more effective and better received.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Every aspect of this property was top notch. The kitchen was well stocked. The storage closet had boogie boards, snorkel sets, beach chairs, and sand toys. Beds and baths were luxurious. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Would love to return again!

Thanks for sharing this beautiful property! Perfect for nana, kids and toddler grands. Beach chairs and snorkeling gear were a bonus. Turtle Bay was just what we needed! We cooked in, visited food trucks and ordered take away from Beach House. All great. Day trips to Kualoa Ranch, Botanical Gardens, Sharks Cove and more! Parking was great or 2 rental cars.

Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the location of the property, steps to the pool, ocean, oceanfront restaurant/bar, walking trails, beaches, etc, etc. The unit was clean and nicely furnished - the living room was all new furniture! The beds were so comfortable, we had everything we needed (and more!) in the unit and locker with beach supplies. The property management company is fantastic to work with and super responsive. We were a little disappointed with the air conditioning not working; for the first 24 hours our unit was 78+ degrees which made it pretty uncomfortable our first day & night. The service and communication during this issue was great, we were kept updated throughout and the problem was soon resolved. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay comfortable!
