SPRING REDUCED! Villa 104 Ocean View Turtle Bay

Great place for families with young kids. We were right on the beach and near the pool. There were plenty of beach accessories and snorkels and boogie boards. The pool was heated to a great temp. The place was clean but the towels were thin and the bath products were sparse and sub par. The hvac was too cold in 1/2 the bedrooms and hot and humid in the other. The tv and internet never worked properly and the management didn’t respond after the second request to fix it. Management also didn’t respond to our request for a late checkout until my second request.

Great location and property! Totally was as advertised.

Accommodations were well maintained and clean. Location was perfect…steps away from beach and pool with NO overcrowding issues that happen in southern island resorts. Ample beach chairs, snorkels, toys, etc. The only thing that was confusing was the access to the activities and gym at The Ritz Carlton. But The Ritz was as much to blame for this as some of their concierges had no idea whether we had access or not. In the end, we got the access we requested…Highly recommend regardless.

The pool and hot tub were great and the beach was just steps away. It is a small public beach that is shared with the Ritz Carlton and can get pretty crowded as it is heavily used by the public. You are not allowed to use any of the umbrellas and lounge chairs from the Ritz and the staff will absolutely let you know. We were sitting under one of the permanent bamboo umbrellas at the end of the day and were told to find shade somewhere else. Thankfully the villa comes equipped with plenty of beach chairs and two umbrellas. It also has snorkeling equipment but make sure to clean thoroughly, as ours was full of sand. We booked a horseback ride and the Luau through the Ritz and highly enjoyed both. We also went over to watch the beautiful sunsets and the surfers as well.We had a magical time in Hawaii and would highly recommend staying at this villa in Turtle Bay.

While the panorama from the upper floors may have been even more spectacular, we truly appreciated the convenience of being able to walk right out the sliding door to the beach or pool. It was perfect for our multi-generational vacation, with ages ranging from 1 to 66. There were no unpleasant surprises—every detail about our stay was explained clearly and honestly. I was especially impressed with the condition of the pack-n-play and high chair; both looked brand new. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. For us, it couldn't have been better.

Overall the unit and property were fabulous. The check-in process was easy - we appreciated all of the emails beforehand. There’s no doubt this property is a 10 overall. That having been said, our group uniformly agreed that 3 improvements would have made it even better.1. Microwave turning piece needs to be replaced in order to avoid sparking when using it.2. The sliding glass doors out to the patio need to be lubricated - a couple of our group couldn’t even open them. 3. Work out a better working arrangement with the adjacent Ritz Carlton hotel. They acted like the beach was “theirs” to manage and direct Villas guests off of. Somewhere there could be a “win-win” partnership that would make sense - maybe offer a free cup of coffee on your 1st day, maybe a free gym rental 1 day, a discount at the pool bar, etc.- something that would encourage Villas guests over to the hotel to spend some time (and money) there. You never know who your next guest will be. We’ll be back !!!

Excellent 4-bedroom condo on ground floor with extremely short walk to pool and beach. Very comfortable beds. Nicely furnished and equipped.

The villa was very clean and great for our family of 7. Ideal location for those that want to be close to the beach and resort restaurants. Great place to snorkel in the cove with lots of fish. Enjoyed the north shore beaches, surfing locations and lots of food trucks to visit. Perfect week on Oahu north shore.

The stay was fantastic! Had everything we needed and more to have a great week. The only thing that a little issue was the cleaning staff hovering outside the door at 9:30 am until we all left. Felt rushed.
