Everything was amazing! We have stayed at the villas here in Turtle bay several times, and this was the best one! Clean, great management, accommodating owners, and great beach gear! Top notch rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this Turtle Bay condominium, and the location truly can’t be beat. Waking up to the ocean breeze and being just steps from the beach made it feel like a true Hawaiian escape. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and easy access to walking trails, dining, and the resort amenities. This is a perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and experience the best of the North Shore.

Not only was the location of the condo excellent, we were provided with detailed instructions and information on the condo and surrounding amenities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We will likely be staying at this place again in the future.

Excellent place to stay. A few minor issues, but the property management company was great to work with, and quickly made things right.The view is amazing and the condo was very clean, with quick, easy access to the Ritz Carlton restaurants and amenities.The layout of the condo was very spacious, making it a comfortable place for all 6 of us to hangout during the day.The locker associated with condo is stocked full of anything you might need to visit the property beach, or any other beaches in the area.We will definitely stay here again

Awesome location with state of art facilities and cleanliness even better than depicted. The only down part was the size and location of the pool which would have been better if it had better views and a larger size. It was also easy to take part in many of the activities and excursions Ritz Carlton had to offer. We loved it so much more than Ko ‘Olina we stayed earlier in our vacation.

The view of the beach was beautiful. The property around the beach was well groomed, the gates and entry system were easy to use. Plenty parking. Loved the stay.

The perfect location. Just book it. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful area. We loved our stay in this condo.

We very much enjoyed our first stay in Oahu! The condo we well equipped and vert comfortable. The proximity to the beach was great. A few steps and our feet were in the sand. We had a little problem with the a/c and it was taken care of immediately. I will definitely come back again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is old and outdated, in need of a significant refresh to meet the standards of a luxury listing. The fridge was problematic—it froze our eggs and vegetables, leaked water onto the floor (which we had to mop up repeatedly with the replacement part never materializing over our 2 week stay), many overall caused inconveniences. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with limited supplies and subpar utensils; for instance, plastic flippers were the only option for barbecuing, and the quality of items felt like Walmart basics.The stove top frequently shut off and had to be reset, including twice at the breaker panel. There was no broom in the unit, and when we requested one, we were given a broken-handled broom (seemingly salvaged from a dumpster), accompanied by an apology and a promise of a new one that never materialized.Evening conversations with other guests confirmed our observations: the units do not meet the quality standards one would expect from a property of this caliber.
