A lovely spacious villa in a great location. However it certainly needs some TLC. The outside area looks tatty, definitely needs a fresh coat of paint. Broken table, outside toilet didn't work and disappointed that for a house that sleeps 10 there was only 2 sun loungers! Ice machine didn't work, outside fan broken, blinds broken and stair carpet filthy. With some attention this house would be stunning! We enjoyed our stay but have stayed in better villas.

Pool was nice & host was nice but definitely needs cleaning & updates

The villa suited us well. Unusual to find such a well equipped kitchen and the beds we used were comfy. Huge washing machine and tumble dryer but the fridge/freezer in the kitchen was old and ice making part did not work. Many of the vertical blinds needed repair/replacing and the stair carpet desperately needed replacing from all the stains. Huge TVs in bedrooms but surprisingly smaller one in lounge - odd. Was a problem with the back patio lock but the owner had it repaired immediately. Plenty of towels in all the rooms and loads of hangers for clothes which was also a nice change. If this villa had a repaint, broken furniture removed or replaced the rental would be much more. For us we were comfortable and would consider a return.

The property itself was nice. Spacious amd at first glance great. As we settled we noticed. 1. Broken furniture. Blinds missing, room night stand leg broken and staged. Garage really hot amd full of disgarded furniture, chemical etc..... to much stuff stacked dangerously high so the kids could play pool or table games. They were also inoperable anyway. 2. Every window, plant, light fixture was filled with flies and dust. 3. Pool was foggy and full of insects that i contimued to scoop out with the broken pool slimmer every other hour.4. I woke up latw night to use the restroom amd a raoch was climbing the walls.5. When we arrived the garbage was super full spilling onto the driveway. We had to remain with it full 70 percent of our week long stay so tje raccoons visited every night.6. The showers all had thock black mold in them. 7. The refrigerator had 2 bowls on it to catch water amd had to ne emptied or youd have water all in the fridge.8. The net surrpundimg the pool was rippied wide open so the flies were out.9. The grill was still dirty with previous users aluminum foil and 0 propane. 10. While cleaning for myslef the couch was mpved amd there were trash from previous guest. Hair, wrappers etc....11. A neighbor who clearly didn’t like residing next door.12. I love leaving positive reloves but the conditions greatly changed my families experience and if this is a place you want for exteneded stays as a big family this may not be a good fit.

Great size, facilities and location, but needed a wee bit TLC. That saying we had a great holiday and the kids loved the pool

Beautiful property Great location initially had an issue with hot tub and pool but property manager quickly rectified and actually let us extend ourstay in order to enjoy

The house was perfect for my family's needs but there was an issue with the pool to start with. It was green and when I sent property manager a text about it I did not get a response until I sent another text in the afternoon. The pool was never fixed completely had only 2 days for swimming when I booked this place because of the pool. The other issues I had was there was no cleaning supplies left to use. No extra toilet paper or paper towels. No disinfectant to wipe down the counters with only 2 trash bags left for the trash can. In order to make our stay a little cleaner I had to go out and buy these things including dishwasher detergent. I did explain this to the property manager and really didn't get much of a response other than offered a discount for my next stay.

This property is in need of renovation. The walls are dirty and needs painting. The carpet on the stairway is filthy. The furniture is old, worn, and very uncomfortable. The towels need to be replaced, they are worn out. The pool was filthy as well, they did get a pool cleaner there ASAP. The entire unit needs a deep cleaning

Our party of 9 adults really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect lay out for our needs & well equipped with kitchenware & towels. The pool area was great & well equipped with chairs & loungers. Lots of wildlife in the lake behind & saw deer most mornings & evenings as it’s peaceful & quiet. We’ve stayed on this estate several times and it’s a great location for visiting parks & shopping. Our host Aimee was great at replying when we had a slight issue & needed to add pool heating (March) & checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would stay here again.

The property manager was really nice, but the property was not kept up several broken screens in the pool area and all the blinds had missing shades The doors did not lock and The carpet on the stairs was dirty stairs

Our family was happy that our stay at this home away from home was very DELIGHTFUL! The house is spacious so family can move around comfortably. Perfect location! Walmart very near by (my favorite place to be :) ) Balcony was so nice to enjoy with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning with a beautiful lake to look at nature in the making. AMAZING! Very relaxing! Pool and jacuzzi was Great! Family REALLY enjoyed good relaxing moments in the jacuzzi. Overall had all the amenities you need. Just a little suggestion, I would upgrade the game room a little with an updated hockey table (my granddaughter and grandson loves to play) and a ping pong table? LOVED that they had a a bookcase filled with books and color books and colored pencils for the kids (and big kids) for downtime. My grandkids REALLY liked that. (Wish all rented vacation homes had that).Very highly recommended for a family vacation!
